We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Romania1. During my stay I needed to ask for the sheets to change two times. They were dirty after fresh change. 2. On the days of 24-25-26 the breakfast was not organized. I needed to wait 40 minutes on each of these days. Even Tho there were spaces inside. Total chaos in organization of the breakfast, no info in advance. 3. Unresponsive management. The problem of the sheets were reported at reception but not even the smallest response from the manager. I will surely not recommend anybody staying at this hotel. 4. The AC super loud. if you turn it on, you can't sleep.
The variety of choices at the breakfasts, internet speed, supplies provided (shower gel, small snack) and smell of the hotel.
