We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanySometimes it can be a bit noisy at night, but it was ok. Bring some ear plugs (which i would recommend everywhere on bali) and everything is fine :)
The staff is really great, friendly and helpful. They organized two day trips spontaneously we asked for on different mornings. They also drove us to the harbour two times. The room was very clean and big. There was enough space to put things on. The bathroom was also big and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The lobby has a very nice pool for swimming. Breakfast was good. Laundry service worked well. We would definitely stay there again!

Germanywe came here, as we missed our ferry back to padangbai so we only stayed one night. we would have stayed longer, as the staff was amazingly friendly and we have been in different hotels for more money and haven’t been feeling so comfortable like here. the location is a little bit out of the busy area what was good for us as we wanted a stay near the ferry port. they even made it possible for us to have breakfast even though we thought we would be up to early for breakfast (7am) we would stay here again, for sure ! PolandWe arrived to Grand Puri hotel just for one night in order to run away from poor conditions in different hotel. We were just looking for just nice, clean place and reviews in booking were confirming that this hotel should meet our expectstions. Little did we know that our new dreamed shelter will turn into our worst nightmare! Unfortunately it was awful night and the main problems were the humidity and fungus in the room and in corridors of the hotel. Another problem was the nasty smell from the bathroom’s shower drain. These two factors combined made it impossible to stay in room (and also outside the room i.e. lobby). We tried to get some sleep, but after few hours inside the room we started to feel dizzy. We couldn’t sleep or stay in the room due to that odur so we spent half of the night outside of our room, on hotel balcony, to breathe fresh air. Obviously I asked staff for help with smell almost immediately after check-in, but the only solution that the receptionist had was putting some VANISH tablets on bathroom floor - what is ridiculous ! The toilet seat was totally damaged and gross. Another problem was the facet that the receptionist had some kind of party with his friends (maybe other staff members) at the lobby near the pool untill 22:00. They were shouting, laughing, playing loud music and singing. Total luck of proffesionalism. In the very morning around 7:00 hotel staff starts playing loud music at max volume so everybody in hotel is woken up. Breakfast was very basic and maybe not so bad, but we were so disgusted by higiene level of this hotel that we only had a little bit and run away from restaurant. I strongly advice you to choose different place to stay in Nusa Penida as it was our worst hotel in Bali (and we have been in 3 different ones in Nuda Penida and in 7 total during our journey through Bali and islands nearby). This hotel should be visted not by tourist guests, but by sanitary control officers.
