The shower wasn't great on the first day but was fine on the second

The room was nice and modern with a comfortable bed and good AC. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. The location was good- a quick walk down to Sanur beach- there are mini marts right outside the hotel and plenty of places to eat. The hotel is extremely good value for money!

I didnt know that they need IDR 500k deposit only in cash (no bank transfer or QR payment or e-wallet/money) during check in. I was also not informed that they only clean the room every 3 days. But they empty trash bin every day.

Really good location, only few minutes walk to beach and very close to restaurants, convenience stores, laundry, apothecaries. Host is friendly and helpful. I left my toiletries and they're very helpfull in getting those back to me. Place is clean and well-maintained. Ac n water work well. Minibar with reasonable price. I ended up extended my stay for another day.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Very good minibar in terms of supply and price. Breakfast was delicious, cheap and with a decent amount of options to choose from. Owners are lovely and always willing to help. Fast wifi. Would repeat and recommend.

Great location, very clean, no bugs at all. The owner and everyone else were very kind and accommodating as well as super responsive. I had to work a couple nights, wifi was perfect for video calls even when another person was in a call near me as well. They are in contact with a bike rental company who deliver the bike to the accommodation ( you can bargain the price). I had a late night flight and Thomas even let me freshen up before having to leave for the airport. Felt absolutely safe and relaxing. Also, there is a massage spa right across the street where I had the best massage of my one month in Bali and surrounding islands. Would love to return! Thanks for everything!!:)

Super friendly hosts, great location, great air conditioning system - cooled the room in minutes. I didn't get the chance to try the pool, but it looked very inviting and deep! So probably not for the kids (or at least with your supervision)! Cold water on tap for an additional small fee was great, I loved this feature!

Nothing, I honestly think it is great value for the money.

The location is great-5min walk to the beach and main attractions as well as shops. The room was very clean and had everything what was necessary-AC, fan, small fridge, great wifi, etc. I arrived much later than I was expecting way after the official check-in time but the team kindly waited for me.

House of Michella is in a great location, only few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Communication throughout the booking process was excellent, and Michella and Thomas are fantastic hosts. Make sure you try Michellas cooking - it's fabulous !

Nothing, everything was great. I would suggest more green on the pool wall just to improve the look.

The rooms were very simple but very clean. Comfortable mattress. Very convenient location with dozens of restaurant and shops in the area. The pool is tiny but incredibly deep and clean. The kids had fun. Breakfast was good, especially the Indonesian options, very tasty and fresh.

Room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. Owners were friendly. Property is conveniently located. It is just off the main street that leads to the beach (Semarang Beach). It takes under 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There are restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and mini-marts in close proximity. Right across the street is Chantara Spa, the perfect place for massages and spa treatments.

One of the mattresses was a bit worn out, but as I had the room to myself I changed to the other bed.

Not too far from the restaurants and the beach. It's a small hotel and we felt at home. The pool is great to cool down after a day in the heat. For an extra charge you can have unlimited drinking water. I can only recommend.

We had a really lovely stay in peaceful Michellas House. It's a great place to explore Sanur, everything is accessible by walking. And wonderful to wake up to such a delicious breakfast! Thomas was super helpful and he and Michella were perfect hosts. Highly recommend.

The family personable vibe of the lovely Michella and Thomas. Thankyou for making our stay a wonderful one. Your chef class food Michella was first class. So delicious best in Bali. Everything was comfortable and nothing was an effort. Location was brilliant close to the beach and everything we needed. Loved our walks.

Such a pity that we could hear our next door neighbor quite often. Surprisingly there is no shampoo or body soap supplied. I think the pillows need to be upgraded to compliment everything else in the room.

Nicely appointed small rooms in very good condition. Good general facilities to make the stay comfortable. A spacious and nicely furnished lounge area upstairs for dining or working was a great advantage. The owner was always very hospitable & obliging. A really interesting breakfast menu way better than other home stays in Sanur.
