The AC seems to have only one temperature setting no matter how you increase or decrease the degrees, but the temperature fluctuates from to time.

The bungalow is located next to an inaccessible beach, but the surrounding was very pleasant. The managers were very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom - especially the bathtub could not be used. Hanging rack was broken.

the roads are so bad, we stayed for two nights and the cups nor room was made up the next day.

It is a very long way out from any restaurants, only two near by, the taxi cost us $110 Australian for the day, the island itself is so dirty and messy, I would not recommend to stay, just do a day tour

The room’s bathroom need a renovation ASAP! Definitely the toilette is differing for the other parts of the hotel (which is amazing).

You need to order breakfast on the prior night. There are very few vegetarian options. We ordered pancake, and it was pathetic. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, not even a soap.

The view from the room was best. Especially the sunrise part.

its a beach view hotel. we can not jump into beach. in that area all the hotels has same problem. good thing is its very close to diamond beach. overall it was a nice experience. value to money. staff was very good.

Its a nice place with a great sea view! Stuff was helpful and swimming pool was very nice. Its close to the cave and close to a great beach club Cactus. I do recommend it!

It was difficult to communicate with staff, anything you ask the first response from them is "You pay first" They were so greedy when we contacted them for the taxi, they discussed and confirmed the taxi price for the next day and in the morning started demanding more money for each taxi. We had to find a different taxi, and then they came back and requested to cancel the outside taxi and we ended up losing 4 hours of our trip. The staff was so confused about breakfast that they discussed 1 hour just to get 1 fruit bowl. If the manager and staff were friendly and not money oriented our experience here could been so much better

Despite requesting a pick-up service from the port that was confirmed before our arrival, the driver didn't show up and the property told us to get a cab instead. Prices quoted by the staff for additional transport were also inconsistent and higher than what was mentioned when we communicated online before the trip. Water pressure in the showers was really low and the water supply would cut off intermittently during our stay.

No direct access to the beach, but there is so much to see at Nusa Penida anyway

The staff is so friendly, Peri surprised us with a room next to the pool with a beautiful view. Also she was very helpful with renting a scooter or a taxi whenever we needed it. They clean your room every day and give you clean towels every day too. The breakfast was great and always on time!

Maybe facilities in the bathroom could be improved.

The most enjoyable stay in my experience. The staff Peri and her sisters were very attentive, made happen all our requests, changed our room for the best view (even though all the rooms are in the perfect spot, right next to the beach). With no problem found for us motorbike with good price. Transport to the harbor arranged easily at early morning (6 am). Breakfast had various choice, they were asking every evening what do we want for the breakfast and at what time, then they bring the breakfast almost to your bed and sharp at the time. Incredible view to the sunrise during breakfast outside. Room cleaning was everyday. Just facilities in the bathroom could be improved. We had an accident, have fall down from the bike, I got burn on my leg, Peri once she heard about that came to check on me and if need anything (it wasn't her working time?!). Amazingly friendly, positive, nice people. I wish I could stay more. Definitely recommend to my friends and will stay again whenever I am back. Thank you, Juan hotel team! We miss you so much! Terimakaseeeeeee!!!!
