The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything, also organising a snorkelling trip when we asked, very easy! Location was amazing, pretty quiet around but a short walk to many restaurants and cafes as well as many beaches. The pool was a good size for a cool down and relax. The room was nice, and had both an air conditioner and a fan. Overall everything was kept in good condition.

Our stay at Kakiang Guest House was delightful, thanks largely to the incredible staff who made every effort to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Such a cute guesthouse! As soon as I arrived I felt relaxed. It was clean, cosy and in a great location. Maddy is so lovely and made me feel really welcome. He was always there to help. I booked two weeks but extended for another week because I felt right at home.

Very small guesthouse, quite and very central in Mushroom Bay. Mandi was very lovely and attentive all the time, I could rent a scooter to get around the island from him and also arrange my ticket to Sanur. Room was lovely and bed very comfortable, everything was very clean and also there is room service everyday as well as water and a kettle with tea and coffee.

They’re building next door, so if you want an afternoon nap forget about it! It is currently building another hotel, it didn't annoy us too much, but was noticeable. The bathrooms aren't super clean, but I guess this is reflected in the price.

Small boutique, caring. Relaxing place. The location was great by Mushroom Bay which was an 8 min walk. Also surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Only 5 small villas with a small pool with some shade (great especially in the hot sun). Budi picked us up from the ferry and didn't charge us. We did snorkeling one day with the kids booked through Budi and was great. Budi is an amazing guy who owns it. He has repeat guests coming and going, we met quite a few of them. They have an honesty system for water/beers etc. You can hire scooters for 70,000 per day, which is recommended. Loved the little veranda for hanging out on in the afternoon.

We stayed as a family of 4 in the Family Bungalow (2 interconnecting rooms) for 3 weeks. The room was great. The pool was fantastic, all the staff were amazing. Mushroom bay beach is a short 5 minute walk away. Many amazing restaurants nearby. Delicious breakfast on site every morning. Highly recommended for a great stay on Nusa Lembongan!

The hot water in the shower didn't work for two days. We thought 100k was expensive to drop us to the port which was a 5 min drive. We tried to hire bikes via hotel but unfortunately there weren't a lot of options or in great condition. There could be a small fridge in the room.

Lovely quiet guesthouse in a great location, 5 mins to Mushroom Bay and around lots of restaurants. The room is very modern and clean, decorated tastefully and very spacious. The pool area is small but comfortable. Bed was large and comfy, good air con, TV. Nice terrace area overlooking the pool. Staff were so friendly and helpful, always on hand to help or give advice about trips and the area. Would definitely recommend this as it's in a lovely area and is very peaceful.

Nice and chilled place to stay, close to dream beach and sunset spots. If you want to go to Jungutbatu area you need motorcycle that you can hire at the property. Overall great experience and recommend your stay here

Maddie the manager was so amazing with us and with our kids. Really accommodating. Nice breakfast. Close to mushroom bay, coffee shop and massage all very close 2 min walk. Buddi and his wife were also very nice. Maybe shower needs update.. sometimes warm, sometimes cold. And maybe a mirror in room but that’s just personal preference. We loved the pool so much. It was clean and nice lounges around.
