The bathroom smelt a bit like sewers so we had to keep the door shut. No big problem though. Currently (May 2024) the road isn’t fully accessible to the property so had to walk down to the main road to get a cab, but again, not a big issue at all!

Lovely staff and a great room. The bed was so comfy and the pool looked great. We were only there one night but would definitely recommend.

Location of our room was right at the stairwell so that was less private. But we had the last available room so couldn't choose alternatives!

Great value for money. Location is close but not 'too' close to all the action of Canggu. Clean rooms and good facilities for shared access along with working remotely - pool, kitchen, dining area. Thanks to the friendly staff, would stay again!

The windows in the bathroom didn’t have glass so bugs can fly in easily however it wasn’t that much of a problem as we stayed only one night. The room was clean and spacious! :)

Lovely small hotel with friendly staff in Canggu. A short walk to the main streets which is nice to explore and see canggu. Clean room and comfortable big bed! Ideal for a short visit. Staff extremely helpful and friendly too:)

Rooms don’t have much privacy. No way to block out enough light from the glass sliding doors (entrance to the room). Open air bathroom = hot and humid. Air conditioning not strong enough.

Loved the location close to power + revive gym and home cafe (healthy w/ great keto options). Price good enough. Comfortable bed. Great staff.

We arrived late, almost midnight. As I didint had no local money, there was a little disagreement that was settled the next day, nothing serious.

The hotel is charming, small and super cool. Close to cafes and restaurants, very attentive staff. The room is spacious for a couple with a balcony and ok bathroom. The strong point is the bed, large and comfortable. In addition to the pool and rooftop for a beautiful sunset.

They do not have a hotel bar as such but you can purchase beer from reception. No real food on offer so you need to go out for your meals.

The property is relatively new (2 years old). It is very clean & quite comfortable. The pool is cleaned on a regular basis & the staff are very friendly. They have cable tv that actually works! Good WIFI service. The rooms are spacious. Staff are very helpful.

My constructive feedback is that the cleaning of rooms sometimes happens quite late in the day so if you’re back in your room by mid-afternoon you will either need to leave again or skip the clean for that day. It would be a good idea to clean right into the corners of the floor and under the bed, I pulled the bedside tables forward to use the plug and it was a bit gross. The flooring by the pool where the loungers are is uneven so it’s quite tricky to move the loungers at any angle to catch the sun. Lastly, the payoff for the location being on the shortcut is that it can be a tad noisy with traffic/construction at night so if you’re a light sleeper you might struggle, however, I slept fine.

There is so much to love about Kubu Belona! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and the beds super comfortable - I wanted it bring the pillows home with me. Lots of storage, nice balcony area and good shower, with toiletries provided and a hairdryer. The TV has Netflix for those quiet evenings in. The views from the rooftop are fab and the pool is lovely to relax by. It’s also nice to have the common area to sit and work (great wifi) and a toilet and shower for using after check out. Lastly, the location is very convenient, right on the shortcut so walking distance to so many gyms, restaurants, cafes and bars, with a short scooter ride to the beach. I’ll stay again!

The noise around it. I got a room that was near the main road so I can hear all the construction noise by day and motorbikes/cars by night. Worth investing in soundproof glass in the windows and doors. Also the doors are not very secured properly.

Nice property in a place that is being building around, a lot of constructions and part of the road is not so nice, it is better have a moto/call driver. Although, it is a good location, close to some restaurants and stores, nice bed and bedsheet, good illumination, nice pool and great shower with hot water.
