Honestly Nothing, everything was perfect

I wholeheartedly recommend this exquisite hotel for those seeking a tranquil adult-only retreat. The reality of the place truly lives up to its stunning portrayal in the pictures. The staff members are exceptionally welcoming and attentive, consistently exceeding expectations to ensure a memorable stay. A standout feature is the flexible breakfast service, available until the kitchen closes at 8:00 pm, catering perfectly to those battling jet lag. The diverse array of breakfast options is impressive, and the quality of the food is truly exceptional. During our stay, we indulged in the spa services, treating ourselves to a rejuvenating scrub and massage. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary, leaving us feeling refreshed and invigorated. Our visit to this hotel marked the beginning of our Bali adventure, and we were so captivated by the serene ambiance that we found it hard to venture beyond the hotel premises. The entrance was a little kitschy, but obviously consciously considered and fun. The room was spacious, exceptionally well equipped - the tea set, coffee, music, interior - just everything. Breakfast was delicious, strongly recommend scrambled eggs with truffle

First of all their hospitality was amazing I had such a great time with their kind welcoming and services. Everything that I had here I felt like they cared every detail so much. I even asked for help me to book the activities to enjoy Bali and they were so helpful and genuine. Their responses were really quickly and always polite. Breakfast was also amazing I couldn’t believe it’s all included because the quality was beyond my expectation. The room and the facility were incredibly beautiful and well organized. I was mesmerized every second of the moment being there.

Felt as a hidden paradise in busy Canggu paradise! It’s all about details. It was lovely with passion decorated. The breakfast was outstanding and a la carte. They have a buggy which brings you to the restaurants in Pererenan. An amazing experience!

This establishment is fantastic across the board. The attention to detail is exceptional, from the facilities to the staff's attention. This venue offers a little haven of tranquility in the buzzing Pererenan/Canggu area. The hotel's buggy will take you to surrounding shops and restaurants very conveniently. The decoration is done very tastefully, with understated luxury and a few touches of quirkiness. The property's garden is beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. The spa well worth it. The kindness of the staff is only exceeded by their efficiency and professionalism. This venue was a marvellous discovery and we will be back.

It didn’t have the best ‘vibe’ in terms of people being around the pool or dining area. Mostly it was empty for the whole day. But saying that, it was very relaxing atmosphere.

Location is not ideal but close to everything and grab car taxi and bikes are all around the place. Internet is weak. Slightly over priced vs other hotels but worthy.

The hotel is well designed to the smallest detail. Clean. Feels like in the middle of the forest while still in the middle of the city. Food is amazing. People are beyond amazing.
