We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Even though it is an old hotel it is nicely maintained. I love staying with Accor Hotels as they have a good breakfast spread.

SingaporeThis is an old hotel, if you are expecting a new and modern look and design this is not the hotel of your choice. But is not a problem for us.
Location: nearby a lot of local eateries & have supermarket nearby. Is in the main road, maybe recently painted blue (like a castle) or the photos in booking.com is not updated ; we thought we arrived at the wrong hotel. Staff: Super friendly staff

IndonesiaIn addition to the absence of bar soap on the amenities list, the size is the mineral bottle is too small. There are two in the room, which should have been adequate if only the bottle's size were a little bigger.
Almost everything. All's perfect. Except that I think room amenities could be improved. A bar soap, however small, is still needed, for simple things like shaving or washing hands, for instance. But other than this, everything is fantastic. It's a rather old hotel, but the comfort that it offers is worth the money.

IndonesiaNovotel still maintains its spread of breakfast: you can choose traditional cuisine such jamu, jajanan pasar, nasi liwet, or western menu: waffle, breads, pastry, meats, and of course local like nasi goreng, which by the way, is on "live-cooking" mode. So the nasi goreng is hot and tasty for sure. Don't forget ask for scrambled eggs or any kind eggs you want to accompany the nasi goreng! They also provide the coffee-maker machine, so you have yourself espresso (my own, single shoot) or americano, latte if you like. There are enough staff to serve us, and they are kind to assist. Novotel is an "old" talking about the building, but it is nothing compared to its warmth and kind staff, the breakfast buffet!
