The bathroom needed upgrading and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. No nearby restaurants/bars to walk to. Needed taxi to go anywhere. The hotel provided breakfast (4 options) but no other meals were available to purchase- they do have an option like Uber Eats that can be ordered and delivered.

The view was lovely and the grounds well kept- staff were fabulous.

A party of domestic tourists came for an evening and partied til the early hours. They were loud which was quite disrespectful. I think it needs to be noted, the walls are very thin, and you can hear pretty much everything. But it's minor.

Location is fantastic, view of Mount Agung is stunning. The staff were lovely and let us check in slightly earlier, use the pool whilst we waited and they even took our bags up to our room for us.

Well the property is unmaintained and the water wasn’t that good as I had to request to be moved down from the 2nd floor to 1st floor due to water pressure problems.

The place is on a hill where the view of the ocean is quiet awesome to look at.

I have two points here: First, Rooms are not maintained well, I stayed in a Bungalow and I would say cleanliness is not proper though in first look it will look good. But bathroom is damn old styled and very poorly maintained, the back of a bed has lot of spider webs, there was one small lizard also. If they clean the rooms, I think it would be great specially bathroom should be renovated. Second, very limited options in breakfast. They should designed it thinking of more wider audience.

Fantastic property, right near to two main Harbors (Buyuk and Toa Pakeh), an Indian restaurant (Bollywood and Nemu Kitchen(mix of cuisines)) and the road connects directly to the main spots like Klingking/broken beach and Teletubbies hills (though distance is ~12-15km).

Usually I like having a really hot shower and it isn’t a very hot shower, luke warm at best, it would be hot for about 2 minutes but then gradually gets colder which was a shame but apart from that everything was good.

The bed was super comfy and our tv was really good! They left us complimentary coke and sprite in the fridge along with water which was a nice touch :) The staff were all really helpful and friendly and if you do stay here remember that they do a free shuttle to and from the harbour so make sure you message them via booking.com to save yourself from taxi fees.

Location up a non lite very very steep winding hill that's difficult and dangerous to walk down let alone up. Costly taxis as they know the hotel and fact you can not get back without getting a lift. There's no safe in the room but you do get slippers and dressing gown.

Unless you have transport, this is not a place to stay. Its at the top of an extremely steep hill. There's no offer of shuttle down/up the hill to get to restaurants even though there's 2 cars at the property. There's no restaurants at the hostel so you can't get any food there except included breakfast which is extrelimited. The staff are very friendly and nice. However, they know nothing about trips. When you ask a wore out sheet of paper is given with a list of prices for taxis to the tourist destinations such as Crystal beach etc. The taxis will charge alot for tge few min drive up the hill as they know you have no choice. It's black at night so impossible to walk up. We managed to pay 50,000 r. For at trip that should be 5,000. But they will try to charge 100,000. There's no Gojek on Nusa P. On the plus side tgere is a small shop that the reception staff open so you can buy a beer or some crisp. The rooms are great and view good, pool nice. The road is right next to the property. There is a free shuttle to the ferry which is why we chose it. Thats great but then once there you are completely stranded. So I'd repeat.....do not stay here unless you have a bike or car.

the area that the property was in was quite secluded. there weren’t any restaurants or shops nearby, and to access one, it meant walking up and down big hills.

really lovely staff, great view and clean rooms. Helpful staff when needing a taxi/ transport and free shuttle service is great!! The rooms had a fully stocked minibar, that was restocked with water once cleaned, the bathroom also had free toiletries including a comb, and sanitary bag. overall great experience

The restaurant hotel isn’t working. So all the meals, except the breakfast, need to be done outside the hotel. If you need a taxi the hotel only have one contact to give you. The staff is ok, but not really helpful.

The pool is really great with good view. Good location. Free transfer from and to the harbor, in check in and check out.

The restaurant was closed for lunch and diner so you had to go else to get some food when you just arrive.

The cleaning accidentally took my dirty laundry after cleaning because it was in a trash bag. Would have been a big problem if didn't got those back because we needed to leave the next morning. The staff did everything they could to fix the problem. Got my clothes back and the even offered to wash and dry them before the morning so a great fix. Also the view is great!

Great location for exploring the island. Plenty of cafes and warungs nearby for meals. Hotel also rents scooters at market rate (fair price) and provides free shuttles to the ferry port. We didn’t realise they were free and so got a local taxi for 200,000 on our way to the hotel. Fantastic view looking back over to Bali over the swimming pool. Clean rooms and hot water showers with decent pressure (something I’ve been told from other travellers isn’t guaranteed on nusa penida). Staff were extremely friendly and happy to help. Very happy with the value for money at this place.
