Property was beautiful, about a 10 minute drive from everything and the staff were super lovely. So friendly and remembered my name, by the third day they knew my breakfast order. Pool is fantastic and everything was so easily accessible!

The rooms were too small and didn’t have side tables so you can’t really roam around. However, there was a small storage space to fit in your suitcase. I didn’t like the amount of centipede around and lizards around

Made of Bamboo, means that you should all the time be careful to don’t disturb your neighbors. Not suitable for everyone. And it’s important point to take in consideration

The location is perfect. The pool is beautiful.It’s a very relaxing place connected to the nature. If you afraid to get disturbed by a sound of car or music : It’s a definitely a place for you as the only things that you will ear is the bird singing. Resort location is off the main roads and beaten paths of Uluwatu, hence quiet, but still very close to all main attractions. Organization of scooter rental was great, as well as the shuttle service. Hospitality and kindness of Ary, Debbie and the whole team was unparalleled and made us feel welcomed and at home immediately.

We found the curtains hard to pull across - not a big deal really. The air conditioner didn’t work very well in our bungalow, I think partly because the room was sort of open a little around the roof, so hot air was coming in which made it hard for the air conditioner to work efficiently.

It was quiet and the staff were very helpful. It was in a good position being in the middle of the Uluwatu area which meant it was easy to get a lift to all areas. Our room was small but pleasant and the open roofed shower was quirky. The meals in the restaurant were all lovely. The pool area was lovely and we joined the What’s App group which meant it was easy to order drinks and food by the pool whenever you wanted.

Liked absolutely everything. But a massage / spa service on-site (upon request), as well as a bar service at the pool... would both be a great bonus.

From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart… you’re part of the ONAYA family. The staff are happy, welcoming and very eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Scooter rental was done swiftly at the resort. Breakfast was amazing. The pool was perfect. The rooms were comfortable. The setting was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but within easy reach by bike or the shuttle service provided.

This wasn’t an issue for us, but just be mindful as the bathrooms have an open roof, you can get little centipedes on the walls; however, we found these don’t come into the bedroom.

There is nothing that I didn't like.

Onaya is a magical place, a complex of villas nestled within the jungle and secluded; the only thing you hear is nature, and that is wonderful. The staff greeted us with a ritual that we found incredible, and their kindness and attention made the stay perfect. Honestly, it's one of the best places I've ever stayed in. I highly recommend this accommodation, and I'm sure I'll return again. It was sad to leave there.

I wish we could stay there longer 😊. It's a magical place with first-class accommodation and exceptional staff, especially Debby who takes care of everyone in a way that makes you feel at home.
