No Pool umbrellas as shown in advertising. It’s very hot and no shade until 2pm on the side pool chairs. Beach view chairs have sun until 5pm. Unable to sit by the pool and read in shade.. Only one bedside lamp in room and bulb had blown. Asked to replace first night of four day stay, but didn’t occur. Breakfast is very basic. poached eggs never runny even when asked and pancakes unfortunately were like plastic. Sink water pipe runs into shower, so you have toothpaste and waste on shower floor. Shower pressure is very low however, still able to wash long hair. Exhaust fan very noisy in the bathroom. Early morning roosters next door start from about 2.30am and it’s continuous. Not hotels fault and if you like the noise or have ear plugs you’re ok.

Great to have the mini fridge to keep your drinks cool. Uncover parking for motorbikes. Bed was very firm. Only 6 rooms in complex

Very warm staff. Clean property. Location is quite good. You get to see a beautiful sunrise. It's a perfect stay for those like to see a real Balinese life. Would recommend.

Water pressure in shower was very low. Not in the midst of town but this was not really a bad thing. No coffee or tea in room but coffee machine and cups provided?

Bed was huge and so comfy. Good breakfast provided, with choice Staff super lovely and helpful. The pool was clean as! Whole hotel was clean and tidy. The views were amazing from balcony.

Our aircon leaked in the room asked to fix it said they did but did not. Had to ask to change rooms the next night then it was all good.

The rooms had minor cracks, the ac was not working on full speed in one of the rooms I booked.

The beachfront view was amazing. The pool gets naturally heated up due to the hot temperature, it soothes the body after a good day tour of the island.

This place needs a lot of maintenance. The smell coming out from the bathroom is disgusting. Not luxury at all.

There's no private pool, it's a shared pool. We got a room in the entrance and the doors are transparent when curtains aren't closed. Water of 500ml was provided only during the check-in and asked to pay for it from the second time.

Although the rooms were available, they didn't gave us a early checkin. I went 3 hrs early but they didn't provided a room. Later when I came in, there was 1 room empty throughout my 2 day stay. Also, the reception girls are not at all respectful. They are young and doing a good job but need a professional to do the job.

The room had an amazing beach view. It was clean and all the basic essentials provided. Breakfast was included in the price which was great and the inhouse restaurant is amazing. It gives you a premium feel with a swimming pool and then a bed to just look at the ocean and the stars at the same time.

The rooms, bathrooms and furniture were all very run down, old and worn and stained. It's advertised as 5 star but it's not. The kitchen has rotting timber and is filthy, with plates and cutlery that are old, mismatched and dirty and there's no cooking utensils for the stove which is rusty and perhaps no longer works. The TV in the lounge works but the 2 in the rooms don't seem to get reception. Bathrooms weren't particularly clean, and there's gaps in the roof and walls so mosquitoes seem to be able to get into your room.

It was a quiet villa towards the back of the property. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of options and cooked fresh for you. The private pool was the highlight! So cool and shady all day and a brilliant size. Free water dispenser which is super handy.

Let's start with the name: it's far from luxury and there's no beach there. I contacted the manager, or someone who answered to the phone number to arrange some transport from the port and he was not very polite and cooperative. They clean the rooms only if you wish, but not explain that you must wish your room to be cleaned. The breakfast, you order the evening before is (except Bali food), two eggs, prepared on the way you ordered, one slice of white bread and two small slices of tomato (in the menu is a lot more). I don't know where they prepare the breakfast, but there's no restaurant in the hotel.

Pretty close to the ports in Nusa Penida. In area there's some good bars and restaurants. Quite place (if there's not families with children). Big rooms. Small and clean swimming pool.

The place is fantastic, right in front of a beach, though it's not much of a beach. The rooms are neat and clean, good service and the breakfast taste is also good. They have their own scooter rentals. But the vehicles are average. The place is a bit far from the areas you have to visit and most restaurants. But it is a bit of a centre so both the sides where you have to go in Nusa Penida are equally distance.
