For restaurants, I don't like seeing the staff at the omlet station, their service is very poor, when guests request omlet their expressions are very bad, like they are not sincere about making the guest's order, they don't smile. the other staff are friendly.

The biggest downfall for me was the wifi. The wifi was excellent in our room! However non existent at the pool. This was devastating for a millennial as you can imagine. The other negative (and this is probably only relevant for a family with a pram) is that there are uneven pavers all the way around the pool which made it so difficult to push the pram. This was a shame as every other aspect was very baby friendly. The location was probably the only other negative for us. It was located not far from a beach which was good however we found that the place to be is much further south than where we were. As first timers to Sanur, I wish we stayed in the other bit! It is also near a main road which was soooo dangerous with a pram. Once we realised where the main area was we just got taxis there, only cost like $2 each way so really not that big of a deal, but just something to bear in mind.

We were a couple travelling with our 10 month old baby. The hotel was beautiful, the grounds were well maintained and the lobby etc was clean. The staff were polite and helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was top notch 10/10 - waffles and donuts galore! The spa was great- had a massage and was lovely. The hotel had lifts which was handy for us with a pram. There are 2 restaurants for dinner ( one serving Indonesian and one serving Western). The room was a decent size. Bathroom good with excellent shower pressure. Bed comfortable. Provided a porta cot.

Breakfast buffet 'hot' dishes were only slightly warm so not enjoyable. Aircon was too cold and was not able to be adjusted.

Lunch at poolside restaurant was very good. Spa treatments were good value.

It’s a nice hotel with all kinds of facilities. The gym is bigger than the normal hotel gyms. The restaurants are serving delicious meals and there is a big variety of food options. The people are so friendly you can ask them everything and they will help you with it. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

My only criticism would be how difficult it was for us older travellers to get out of the round section of the pool. Steps are too high with no railing.

Rooms were beautiful and clean. Everything you could want was available. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did not include breakfast, and I thought it was a bit expensive but did have it one morning...the choices were never ending and great quality. It has a pool to die for. One long pool separated into 4 sections... one section had pool lounges in it!!

Poolside food is not that appealing. Also, the rooms are painted a garish bright lime green. This is a hotel for meeting conventions, so once I stayed, it was filled with hundreds of people. Other stays have been more quiet.

The buffet is outrageously extensive...be sure to book a room that includes breakfast, and the pool is quite refreshing. The first impression is amazing as you walk up to Hotel Reception.

The bin in our bathroom had not been emptied on arrival but staff reacted promptly when told and even made a gesture to apologise. Like a lot of Bali hotels many public spaces do not have air conditioning so it can be a bit hot!

Great location for early departure to Nusa Penida. Close to shops and restaurants. Great food and lovely lagoon style pool.

The actual room was very corporate and a bit bland compared to the rest of the hotel, also unsure as to why they limit the number of devices you can link to the WiFi?

The room was smelling mold and there was no way to open the window. Someone came at 8am waking us up to take the extra bed we have payed for our child although the check out time was 12pm and we have already payed the rest of the room for the next day as we had a late departure.After checking out the receptionist called us back from the taxi to ask us if we had payed. The area is bad and far from the beach which was also full of plastic. Poor wi-fi.
