We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe breakfast and other meal portions were very small for the price. Quality is good but portions and variety not so much. Property walls are very thin and you could listen everything. Luckily, we didn't have noisy neighbours.
I liked the pool and the view, both really good. The housekeeping service and front desk staff were the best. The helped us out with some transfers and we are very grateful with the take away breakfast they arrange for us.

IndiaI have never seen such an unprofessional staff in any hotel. No one is available to serve you after 10pm. The receptionist didn’t answer my call, even when she was there on the counter, saying her duty was over at 10pm. When asked for extra water, she told that we gave you 1 litre in at the time of check in. No water refill station in the premises. When asked for mineral water, she asked me to take by myself from 20 litres of water jar. No one understands English and when asked anything they talk in their local language and smile at each other which makes you look like a fool These hotel is not at all hospitable. Pathetic staff and service.
Overall property and facilities are good, as expected.

Portugalthe employees were not very friendly, especially at the reception and breakfast, not at all empathetic and willing to help. the only people who were nice were the room cleaning. breakfast very weak, nothing can be repeated, we asked for changes to our dish and they did not. Juices are not natural and the coffee was not even carefully filtered to avoid coffee grounds.
