Sometimes a little less could be more. Big variety of breakfast but unfortunately all didn’t taste great. Would suggest to offer a little less but make the food that’s available really great. Same for the staff - they were very kind but there’s a fine line between being attentive/helpful and pushy and acting by the book - recommending to give guest a bit more space and showing genuine interest than repeating the same questions all the time and approaching guests as soon as they enter the pool area with “do you want something to drink? No? Take your time”. Pool area is located with an amazing view but for a 5 star hotel could use a little design upgrade.

Beautifully designed hotel ground and amazing location with a great view. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and quiet surroundings ( which isn’t always easy close to Ubud central).

Stylish resort with great service. Special mention for Ani, the Manager and Made. Superb pool and restaurant was great also.Villa was classy.

Nothing I didn’t like, I’d just say it’s good to know that if you come in via car they bring you in from the left of the hotel gate but if you walk straight it’s quicker if walking into town, was a little worried about monkeys as beside monkey forest but we never saw any at hotel ! And the one or two we saw on walk into town we ignored and they didn’t bother us!

Great experience at this hotel ! Staff are so helpful, we had private pool room, was beautiful, it’s very close to the town only 10 min walk ! And lots of little bars and shops along the walk if you take the longer route towards town! Quieter hotel, really nice and relaxing ! We originally thought it was going to be in the middle of nowhere looking at the pictures but glad to see it was close to everything, Great if you want romantic getaway but still close to the town, Food was really good we had dinner here a few nights and a few nights in the town and food here was far better! crispy duck is a must and breakfast is a big spread each morning you pick you main and you get additional fruit, a bread, juice, tea/coffee choice all included ! Room was really clean and they had plug in mosquito repellent and they light outside mosquito repellent each evening so we never got bitten, And room has multiple plug adapter so great if you forgot yours The staff were really great and helpful so we and the hotel its self is so picturesque and beautiful ! would definitely visit again !

Fantastic resort with a great deal. The hot tub pool in our room was amazing. The public infinity pool was incredible for sunset. We also enjoyed the friday seafood bbq which was beautiful!!! The staff was very nice throughout and lakshmi at the front desk was very polite. The spa massage was impressive

Difficult to keep everything clean because it is in the middle of the jungle, so we often had animal dirt on the balcony

Not very convenient for going to the city center by car because the hotel is located in the end of a side road. Monkeys sometimes ran on the top of roof with big noises in the early morning during our stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Had a bunch of breakfast choices and it all tasted good. Room was quite cozy and comfortable with nice view. The resort itself has a nice vibe of Ubud.

The only dilemna i have about this hotel is that the monkeys wake you up at 6am coz of their jumping on the roofs and making noise outside our villa for a good hour or so and then come back around 8am and wake you up again after you try to go back to sleep but I am still not sure if seeing them in our garden every morning makes up for it. If you dont mind waking up early then i have nothing to say

The whole feel of the hotel is like staying in a luxurious lodge from bamboo. Very nice atmosphere, give the jungle vibe full of greenery. Very comfy beds, super clean. If i wanna be picky, i would say to add a door to the urinary toilet to devide it from the closet area and wash basin, also slippers arent great.

Lovely Villa in a great location. The hotel staff were amazing and we felt very welcomed during our stay. All our concerns were addressed by staff which was nice. The actual Villa is spacious and great for a couple. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool and garden of the villa feel a little bit enclosed due to the concrete walls around it. Breakfast is only okay.

Great staff, big rooms, view from the hotel pool and restaurant is amazing. 5 minutes walk to the monkey forest so you get to see tons of monkeys in front of the hotel. Weekly yoga classes in front of the pool and rice fields.

I am honestly scared of the monkeys showing up at the terrace. The views though from the terrace are priceless.

Wonderful facilities. The staff went beyond to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend booking a balinese massage at the spa, as well as full day trips. I would like to make a special mention to the hotel driver, Aris, who provided me amazing tours of Bali.
