I think there is a need to have bit more staff at the location, since you only get breakfast and no food during the day. However the staff is co-operative and went out of way to get the food for us from a nearby Hotel.

Breakfast is set - Not many options but wouldn't complain much. Taste was good.

The Staff were not very hospitable. The staircase was steep. Breakfast spread needs enhancement.

Property looked a lot better in photos. Seems like it could do more maintenance and upkeep. The pool pump weren’t on, the bed wasn’t that comfortable, running water randomly stopped working early in the morning while I was getting ready, shower pressure wasn’t that good either. Staff was lovely and helpful. Room and Bathroom was clean and the view was breath taking with a nice little beach club next door.

- the shower was in bad shape, and didn’t function as it should. Top shower head didn’t work. - Toilette was clean, but all in all not in good shape as well - the bed room and the bathroom did stink!! - 5 scent trees in the bathroom, but the sink did smell bad anyway -

the power outage twice when we stayed there...and they dont hv genset😩😩😩. Breakfast should be earlier....not start at 8AM....Bf is so poor....just indomie n tasteless fried rice...but the orange juice was good. They only hv 3 staffs not worth it at all with the hotel price

the breakfast lady told us very rudely ‘ONE PERSON ONE DISH ONLY’. I mean, I understand there is a language barrier but we’ve paid a lot to stay here. there is no buffet, it’s al a carte, that’s totally fine but why can’t two people order 3 dish in total? it was really shocking. The property isn’t also worth the amount we paid. the room barely had anything special. it was my friend’s birthday. I asked the property to decorate and arrange a cake (if possible). they did. then they charged me 250,000 IDR for this. That is really shocking. We paid a lot to stay here but it was definitely not a good experience.

The view is amazing! the receptionist was really sweet! aesthetically pleasing.

Cons: The hotel was poorly maintained and I could have gotten passed that except the bathroom in the room was dirty and the shower was not working. We booked 2 nights and ended up staying only one and moving to a different hotel.

Extra hidden 3%charges on our stay ,after we reaching the resort. No motorbikes were available at the resort.we have to book from outside though the staffs gave us the number. There were lizards inside room asked staffs to clean those but noone turned up. Food was not at all sufficient for breakfast,very less options and quantity.

No fridge in the room. Dining options very limited. Light breakfast and a small lunch menu but kitchen closed after 3pm.

Spacious with large rooms with sliding doors onto a wide balcony with sea views. Three sparkling swimming pools with views of the ocean. Buildings well maintained and staff friendly and accommodating. My special request a week before our stay to Coke Zero available was met. Transport available at additional cost - car with driver or scooter rental. Hotel staff assisted with snorking trips and ferry tickets. Resturants not too far by scooter and takeaway/delivery options are available.

a little bit grubby on the balcony and cooking facilities weren’t working. also no aircon in lower communal areas so quite hot when dining in. felt a little incomplete and no proper payment facilities which was a tad frustrating.

Erma the hostess was incredible - helpful and responsive. beautiful views and pool. lovely exterior. also comfy beds and rooms themselves were spotless.

1. when arrival, there is no one greet us, and also we confuse where is the position of lobby/receptionist. 2. the room is not available at the confirmed time of arrival 3. we have to ask the complimentary drinking water in the room, and the bathroom towel mat. 4. the pool in front of our room is not working 5. second day of stay, the room is not cleaned by staff. 6. better you bring meals for dinner, since the location is far from the restaurants. The only one walking (in the dark) distance restaurant is cactus, and also we had a bad experience there since the fried rice we order take a long time to serve. 7. one of the structure beneath bed matrass is missing so the bed is burst/sunk down because lost of support in that area, so we have to adjust by ourselves.
