A stunning location overlooking the ocean with a luxury contemporary feel, all wrapped up with a wholesome family welcome. The food was top class, especially when you could walk and visit their herb, fruit, veg and flower garden the following morning and see where so much of the produce came from. As a seasoned traveller this hotel is a new top 5 in Ireland on my list. They even posted my my charger which I left behind the following day (free of charge !) You can’t beat a Irish family run business.

Netflix and other internet services didn’t work on the TV, did report it but they couldn’t fix it, not a big deal but worth mentioning. Cosmopolitan cocktail not the best, just needs some bar staff training I think

Two night stay, Fantastic location, wonderful views, friendly staff. Very dog friendly, able to eat in the bar area for breakfast and dinner with our dog. Plenty of parking right outside. Excellent large choice buffet and served breakfast. Nice bar menu and food

We were looking for a remote, but not too remote, location. And we found it in Dunmore House. The beach walks and trails are perfect, or just sitting by to watch the tides. The host was beyond anyone's expectation, especially for a hotel this size. The in-house restaurant serves some of the best meals we had in Ireland, most were fresh from their gardens on site. Spend a night, spend a week, you'll be rejuvenated in more ways than you can count.

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot overlooking the sea. We stayed for two nights as a group of 9 for my friends hen weekend, everyone in the Dunmore House Hotel was so welcoming and accommodating. The weather was fabulous, we were able to walk to the nearby beach for a sea swim in the morning, and had a fabulous lunch on the terrace in the sun - the team at the hotel was amazing and provided some complimentary bubbles for the whole group. The rooms are beautiful - spacious and modern. We had a gorgeous ocean view from our room. Would highly recommend the Dunmore House Hotel!

Dunmore House Hotel was superb - I can't rate it highly enough. The owners have paid incredible attention to detail and it's clear that their customers are front and centre of everything they do. The location is superb - the hotel is comfortable and decorated with excellent taste - from the art on the walls, the beautiful garden flower arrangements, the armchair and blanket in the rooms, the pristine white paintwork, the Voya toiletries. the beautifully simple white china at breakfast, the chilled water from their own spring, thick towels, comfortable robes, the organic gardens, breath-taking views and of course the amazing breakfast ... the leaping dolphins in the bay were pretty impressive too!

Always difficult to know what to put here since we enjoyed our entire stay. Areas where we thought could possibly be improved were: - we personally found the hotel just a little too warm, but we understand that other guests might think otherwise. - we would have preferred a better choice of juice at breakfast, and it should be help-yourself rather than having just one glass provided by the waitress. - We felt that staff could have been better informed on things to do and see locally.

Hotel is located directly on the coast, located adjacent to a beautiful sandy bay. Our room had superb views along the coast and out towards the ocean. Our room and much of the hotel had clearly just been decorated so everything seemed fresh, clean and new. Breakfasts and evening meals were very good, with a good choice and very attentive staff. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
