Surprisingly, I found the bed really low level for such a structure: poor mattress, badly done, overall I didn't sleep very well.

The room is big, beautiful and full of nice extras (like the vinyl player!), the bathroom is amazing, the swimming pool... basically everything

I really don’t have anything bad to say. It was a bit of a walk to city center, or south of city center where my family was, but still completely doable.

Beautiful property and amenities. Bed was so comfortable. A/C was a huge plus. All staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about The Dean.

This was our first time to stay in The Dean and we just loved the vibe and the look it felt very relaxed we will definitely stay again.

The person at the reception was a bit short when I checked in - after I was very weloming greated when I entered the hotel. The receptionist offered aditional breakfast, informed about facilities but not which of the many offers awailable in the room would be complementary and which not. Neither was there any information about that in the room, or I missed it.

Very nice hotel, the room welcoming, bright, nicely decorated. Bed very soft. Bath big and also beautiful designed. Lots of additions in place, mini bar too. The Restaurant is a great place too and the food very tasty.

Noise when on floor 1 of the gym woke us in the mornings. When stayed on 5th floor no noises. Charged from my deposit without use of minibar

A very noisy squeaky bed that woke you up just by shifting position through the night.

We did not have breakfast, the location was perfect, easy to reach the city centre. The train station was very convenient.

The check out was too early and some staff were very rude. We asked a lady on reception with dark hair to book a taxi an hour in advance and it never arrived and when we requested updates from her she was very unhelpful and her attitude towards us was very poor for front of house it was so dissapointing as it was quite an expensive stay for such a short time and she really was quite unpleasant

The very loud music at reception on the weekend prevented them to hear the phone ringing was the only issue.

Loved the location it was very close to the train station and a walking distance from most attractions Loved the attractions guide left at reception and given to all guests Sophie's was a very nice restaurant for brunch with very good choices

The food wasn’t fabulous in the restaurant. It was fine but wouldn’t go back for it in a hurry. The pool is nice but quite busy on weekend evenings. Noisy (the reception is in the middle of the bar) which didn’t bother me but might be an issue of going for a work event or with young children.

The staff were all lovely and really genuinely helpful. The location is so handy for the train. The gym is in super condition.

Loved the entire room more than worth it for the money, staff was very friendly made sure we got to our room and made sure we felt comfortable in the room. Had a bit of trouble figuring out how to turn on the electricity so rang room service and they were extremely helpful and caring. Definitely be back to this hotel
