The room wasn't so clean but it was fixed quickly. Food was very basic perhaps it because this was days prior to Passover holiday.

The location is perfect. Heated pool. Rooms are large and comfortable for families.

The rooms are very basic . There was no wiper in the bathroom to wipe the water back to the shower. There is no fridge inside the room so we couldn't store anything.

The pool was a great attraction for cold and windy weather outside. Breafast was good with many alternatives for adults and kids.

The room was on the second floor which would mean that without lift someone who is disabled would have a problem. The swimming pool was closed, though as it was fairly small it did not matter as we were mostly out anyway.

Breakfast is very good: ample choice of cheeses, salads breads and more. Coffee is available from machine (bean to cup) and different selection can be made.

Problem with the room. We wished to have a bath and there was a problem with the tub, very quick the whole bathroom was full of with water. Damaged the experience. Even though it was an unpleasant situation, the girl in the reception was very helpful and moved us to a better room! Main problem was the food. There were bugs over most of the food, you could see that some of the food was not fresh and even done stomachache after the meal.

Price was a bit high for the location, some of the breakfast vegetables looked "tired" (red peppers)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room looked nice and in good condition, as was the dining area, the pool and the yard. Breakfast was nice.

There was a big miscommunication with the reception about the payment, a few phone calls before we arrived and even after, the day we arrived we were requested to pay way more and it was all cleared. When we checked out, it happened again, a new receptionist telling me we didn't pay the full amount and we had to clarify it all over. We booked mini suite for two adults + 2 kids and it caused a lot of trouble for them. The pool is super small.

Dinner and breakfast were great! Enough options for vegans as well.

Read above. There wasn’t much I liked except the cappuccino machine.

Breakfast was just okay. At least they had a cappuccino machine. Staff was brusque and unhelpful. The property was a mess. There were cleaning supplies left all over the place. The pool was not as it appeared in the picture and was unappetizing. The room itself was clean and functional. The television did not work. Neighborhood is not near anything and not not great.

Unfortunately, the rooms next to ours were smoking heavily (also pot) and it leaked into our room. Like most places in Israel, the cost of the rooms is about double what you would pay abroad, for much less. But this is "normal" here.

The location to the crater cannot be beat. We had fun in the little pool and the staff was pleasant.

WE were told we would have a room with a balcony and we paid extra for it, but we did not have a balcony. I don't think any of the rooms actually have a balcony.

The location was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the pillows were good.
