You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were really lovely! They let us leave our luggage at the hotel before check in and called us a taxi. The location near shinagawa/ takanawa gateway works really well for a last night in Tokyo- near shinagawa station and only one train to Haneda airport in the morning. We also had an excellent view of all the trains going in and out of shinagawa station.

- pretty big rooms, enough for two people with large suitcases. - the walls seem to be soundproof as we heard nothing during our stay, even though the hotel was fully booked. - near the Yamanote Line - Takanawa Gateway at around 6-7 walk. Bus stops near the hotel as well. - shops nearby (7eleven at 3min walk) - very helpful staff members and very polite. - smoking room in the hotel.

One of the coin Laundry machines was broken, no spa available though most other hotels I visited in Japan had a spa.

They provide great service while I was there. Actually, I stay there between May 3rd and 7th, 2024, and then stay one night on May 28th, 2024. I left my cell phone in my room during my first stay, they kept it for me and returned it to me on May 28th, 2024 when I checked in with Mr. 朝昌。 It was a great experience for me. Thank you!

The bed is too big for the room size especially for one person occupying. I found the bed too soft so I had a difficulty in sleeping (I had a spinal surgery).
The hotel is new and hence was very clean. The room was a bit small but bathroom area was quite spacious.

The rooms are small but you can arrange your things very efficiency.
The hotel provides excellent breakfast although it is served the same every morning. The location of the hotel is good since it is close to Yamanote Line that is the popular train line in Tokyo (circle line of the town). Staff are very cooperative (I can say it for all Japanese people). The hotel provides also free "Happy hour" from 17-22 that is very nice.

Breakfast was a bit limited.
Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was well maintained. The staff were helpful and courteous and the location was good for Haneda Airport as well as connections into the City. An unexpected free tea and cake was a nice touch.

We had to use the washing machines either very late (1 am) or very early (5 am).
The hotel is very nice and modern, the staff was excellent, we could leave our luggage before the checkin time so we had some time to explore the surroundings. The room was very spacious compared to other hotels, the bed was very very comfortable, the bathroom was huge, the shower pressure was great, the automatic toilet surprisingly had even more features than in other hotels. Everything was clean, and we felt very comfortable in our room. It has 3 washing mashines and you can check the availability in the room's tv. We loved the lounge space to have some coffee and some drinks after a long day of walking, just to cool off. It's closer to Takanawa Station, but if you walk a bit more you can also get to Shinagawa station, which has more connections to other train transports.
