Nothing, loved our stay here.

Jinya was so cosy and larger than expected. There was only 2 of us but they had 3 beds plus a pull out couch. It was a little Oasis after coming from hectic Tokyo. Wish we had stayed another night here. Just a short walk from the station, restaurants, 7/11.

Amazing host! Everything was great - location - really close to the Kawaguchiko station, to the markets. Great view of Fuji :o Pretty spacious room. Just as a reminder - there is no breakfast and the rooms are not cleaned everyday! It’s not a minus! Just saying:)

Room is big and comfortable. Staff is also very friendly. There is a mini kitchen with microwave and fridge. It is a short distance away from the station. Away from the crowd yet walkable. There is also family mart just beside the hotel. On goods days you can actually see Mount Fuji outside the property.

The fridge constantly made an awfully lound noise we had to switch it off over night however I'm sure if we had raised it whilst we were there the hosts would have addressed the issue! A toaster also would've been great!

A huge studio apartment which is rare to find in japan! Being able to see Mt fuji at the end of the street is mesmerising. Great location in a quiet spot where you can easily walk or cycle to main parts of the area! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attention to detail orientated. They easily put two beds together so we could have a queen bed!

Amazing location. A short walk from Kawaguchiko station, and views of Mt Fuji on the doorstep. Staff super friendly and helpful with carrying luggage, explaining everything in the apartment and local amenities.

Water heater was a bit hard to use

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us an early check in to the room. Restaurants in the area generally close quite early (5-7pm) and it was good that there was a microwave, some cutleries and utensils in the room as we bought some food from the nearby convenience store instead for dinner. Thankful to the staff for helping to keep our bags after check out while we toured the kawaguchiko area before our ride back to tokyo.

Fantastic, central location very close to Kawaguchiko station and extremely spacious. The instant view of Mt Fuji outside the front door was incredible. I felt incredibly lucky to be able to stay here. The gentleman who served us was very nice as well.

Perfect family stay near Mt. Fuji. The renovated rooms are large, clean and comfortable. With a great bathroom. The friendly owners met us to help us find the dedicated parking spot. Near enough to walk to some of the restaurants in the area.

The water heater system is not very intuitive, although I could have asked the staff for clarification.

We had three single beds, and would have preferred just a double but it was not the end of the world!

While there is no food provided on site, there is a little kitchenette and table to eat at with a fridge. Lots to eat in the area and the room was very clean and comfortable with good amenities. A very welcoming and helpful host. Amazing to step out the front door and see Mt Fuji! A short walk from the station and the lake itself! We loved staying there and would recommend it.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The lovely hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating, they even had our room ready for an earlier check-in. Our room's decor was beautiful and tasteful, spotless and comfortable, every little detail for the guest had been thought of. Our ground floor room had a delightful little balcony and the street it opened onto is quiet. There is a convenience store between the hotel and the Station. Mt Fuji was not visible from our room but we only had to step outside the front door and look left and there it was so there were plenty of photo opportunities right at the doorstep! A lovely hotel in a lovely town.

The room was perfect!! Great attention to every detail. Super comfortable and clean. Very close to the train station. Staff was super friendly and delightful- I wanted ice and she went to the nearby minimart for me. Quiet area- but close to sightseeing buses- Lived it!! 10 ⭐️

Flexible staff, we had the chance to check-in earlier and everything went smoothly. We were only 2 so the room was big, very clean and we could even see Mount Fuji from our balcony. Not far from the station by foot. Would totally come back here the next time as the price were reasonable compared to other choices.
