We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room is spacious with upscale interiors. The bubble wine sake and drinks in the freeze are nice. The staff are very helpful. Location is super too. It was said the first hotel in Japan.

The rooms were amazing and all the location was great. I liked that there was a WIFI speaker in the room and all the bath salts and facial cleansers. Fantastic place with views on both sides of the hotel.

Nice spacious room and a beautiful hotel. The cocktail bar was beautiful and we had some very nice drinks while watching the view over the harbour. Quite central.
