Absolutely nothing could be improved. Bravo.

WOW. This was a superior experience from start to finish. Rooms were art, welcome goodies gorgeous and delicious. Do yourself a favour and indulge in breakfast (behind the hidden door!!!) -- you honestly won't find a better one in the entire country. This is one of the best boutique hotels I've ever stayed in.

They did not accept my card (it worked all over Japan), luckily we paid in advance, and have enough cash to pay for a wine.

Absolutely superb accommodation! Everything was perfect.

Access by car is not recommended, can't even park nearby. Also rooms are often quite compact without a bathtub.

To stay in one of the most iconic building in Nagoya is something you cannot put a price on and the view of the sunrise from the tower which only whom stayed at the hotel is "special". It also is a hotel which provides very nice breakfast using local ingredients.

The shade is not closed tightly at both ends, so the room is a bit bright for me in early mornings.

The fact that I stayed a few nights on a TV tower turned hotel was fascinating. The location is perfect, the hotel is artsy and fun, full of surprises with its secret entrances for elevator to the top of the tower, and to the restaurant. My patio was super neat for inviting a few friends up for a drink. The staff members at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and will definitely stay here again.

More than a hotel - it was a really unique experience! The service was above and beyond, breakfast was superb, the location was perfect, and staying in a tower with all the secret doors and special design was a true privilege. A special thank you to the wonderful dining room staff for your gentleness and perfection!

We wish we had been better prepared for our trip to the observatory at night. We didn't bring any money for the gachopon. We've also been collecting stamps at the JR and subway stations and the tower had a stamp that we didn't know about. Rather than allow us up through their secret entrance, we had to go the round about way to enter through the ground. They initially said they'd charge us but decided last minute to waive the fee for the second trip.

Breakfast was phenomenal. You really can't get better than the assortment and care they give with the menu. Everything is seasonal and sourced locally.

While hotel decoration is modern and contemporary , the color theme is a tad dark. The layout of amenities in the room is not well thought for one of the room.

Location is good, staff is friendly and generally has a good command of English.

    Not a single fault.

Everything about our stay at The Tower Hotel Nagoya was absolutely exceptional!! Never stayed in a more fantastic hotel in my life - the staff were the standout at this property as they were so genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful. The welcome drinks + desserts were so special and lovely, I left a small thank you note mentioning which ones our favourites were and they brought more of those favourites the next day?!?! so unexpected and lovely. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL, such a wonderful experience to have while we looked out over the city. The rooms were fantastic and super spacious (my partner especially liked how comfy the pyjamas were), super comfortable beds too! We’ll definitely be coming back!!!

Note that road access is difficult - car parking is in a complex quite a some distance away and there is no road drop-off. Come by public transport if you possibly can. While the uniqueness of a hotel built into a communication tower makes for great views and interesting internal architecture, it also creates constraints and the room layout wasn't as ideal as a purpose-built hotel.

The property is beautiful and the interior is unique; all furnishings are of very high quality. The bedroom was comfortable with a large bathroom. The set Japanese breakfast was possibly the best I've had in more than 10 years of living in Japan. Finishing with a strong coffee was a wonderful touch, usually missing in a Japanese breakfast! The staff are extremely helpful, more "Four Seasons" than "traditional ryokan". I don't know what the normal rack rate is, but the rate we paid was very reasonable. One unexpected bonus: you get out-of-hours access to the viewing platform, high above the city, direct from the hotel.
