The location was great, restaurants nearby were great too. The room was huge, a comfortable bed and a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how much it exceeded my expectations. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, offering a great start to the day. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Manjula and his team. They were incredibly friendly, supportive, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Location might not be for everyone. It's a fair bit out of town and action.. The water seemed to smell of mould a bit. The king bed was huge, but very springy and you could feel every movement of the other person.

Brilliant staff. Nothing was a problem. Great swimming pool. Good location to explore all the surrounding beaches. Easy scooter rental directly from the hotel for the usual price. Huge, bright rooms and huge beds. Aircon and fan. Big balcony. There are plenty of restaurants nearby even though they tend to be more expensive than in the town.. easy to get a tuk tuk though for 300-500 rupees. There's a fridge in all the rooms and TV in some. The rooms were clean. Quiet location.

Extremely lovely and welcoming staff, clean room and nice pool area. The hotel is a bit outside of town, but we hired a scooter from them at a very reasonable price.

The property facilities are a bit run down, possibly from the Covid period. It could do with some upgrades and maintenance. However, the staff are trying their best to make it a comfortable stay for guests.

Comfortable stay overall. The price was great, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. It was also clean and had a relaxed feeling! There is also a fantastic restaurant on the beach right across the road.

Spacious rooms, a beautiful view of the ocean, a varied breakfast to choose from. I arrived a few hours earlier than the stated check-in time and was immediately accommodated. Convenient location in a quiet place, no noise from cars. Wi-Fi worked well, so I was able to easily combine my vacation with work. Nearby there are several safe and not densely populated beaches where you can relax, sunbathe and swim, as well as available restaurants with delicious and inexpensive local food. If you drive a motorbike, you can rent one here.

Noisey air conditioner unit. Thin grey towels. No bath mat. The curtains in the bedroom are very thin and let a lot of early morning light in.

Light and spacious good value basic hotel. Good breakfast with option for sri Lankan breakfast if requested. Easy to get into town and restaurants by tuk tuk. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Although clean, it is a little tired in places and could do with a lick of paint. The food if you had an evening meal was a bit limited and not inspiring. There are plenty of better options outside.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a big family room with 3 beds and big balcony with sea view. Good clean swimming pool. Good breakfasts. Quiet and cozy place. 2-3 minutes to walk to an nearest beach. There are several beaches not far from this hotel. Good Wi-Fi.

The views could be improved. An excellent view of the sea is covered by an overgrown shrubbery in front that gives the hotel an unkempt look. More maintenance is required. Also I feel like there need to be more breakfast options rather than the same menu everyday.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms spacious and airy. Breakfast was well worth the price and the staff were super friendly.
