The waitress at the breakfast was not very kind or welcoming, and the tomatoes-cucumbers at breakfast weren't very fresh.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was great.

Beds uncomfortable. Room hot but felt uneasy opening the window as ground floor and there was no way to just have it open just enough for air to circulate but so no-one could climb in. After the first night we left our towels hanging up as instructed. However, we got back to find they had been taken and only 1 had been left! Tea tray was very poor, only 2 Earl Grey tea and 2 ordinary coffee left, no choice of tea or any decaffeinated. We had some with us, so luckily we had what we wanted. We did leave the choices left in the room by the side of the tray, hoping the cleaning staff would get the message, seeing the packets of what we had used of our own stock in the bin, but no the same sachets had just been placed back on the tray! As it is a sports and fitness centre you would think they would leave healthy options. Breakfast was good, at least there were tea and coffee options. Just quite a long way from the rooms.

    Close to a tram stop.

All great, only thing is not obvious great signs for reception, which is in sport complex and not where you see the sign hotel. So first you go to the reception of the sport complex and only then to part that has a huge sign "Hotel".

It is a very nice hotel, which is part of sport complex. If you are into more active break in Luxembourg it is a nice option, with swimming pool, gym and climbing wall. One entrance and breakfast offered in the price, which was a nice touch. Room spacious, bit with single rooms only so not ideal for a family (if you cannot squeeze with the kids). Parking on the site (15€, which is comparable to others). Location not bad, since in any case one travels with a tram (which is free in Luxembourg).

The room had linen and towels for the maximum capacity of the room (3 people), which is quite a waste given that my reservation was for just 1 person.

Great to have access to the swimming and spa facilties on site and the breakfast buffet was better than on previous stays. Very convenient for meetings in the Kirchberg area.

you have to walk a lot in the complex for reception, for breakfast etc.. after 18 pm the center closes and also the reception

room good modern design and comfortable, breakast good and sufficient (eggs, croissant, salmon, etc) the hotel is situated in the sportive and cultural center of Luxembourg so if you are a swimmer this is your hotel, free access there is even a welness (sauna, jacuzzi)center but it is mixed and NO CLOTHESit is not free(20 euros ?) well situated for peace at night at for visiting the center of the town.In front of the complex there regularly continuously trams to bring you free of charge everywhere in the town there is a parking near but it is not free ask the reception in order to pay only 15 euros otherwise it is by the hour much more expensive

Luxembourg was full of pleasant surprises, and d'Coque Hotel was very much one of them.

Our only criticism was that the lovely bar didn't open a little later in the evenings when we would have enjoyed a quiet drink before heading to bed. That said, this was a very minor criticism, and completely understandable if there isn't an event happening in the sports arena.

The hotel was a most pleasant surprise. On the approach, we were unsure of where the hotel lay within the facility, but upon speaking to the friendly reception staff and being shown our room, we were very impressed.

The room was very noise, and the bathroom fan could not be silenced during the might. The place was not the cleanest, I forgot to ask for slippers (according to the boolet available upon request) upon check-in and it was too late to ask after 22.00. The shower's cable was too short.

Location, price, overall infrastructure and functionality.

The entrance is located in a rather deserted spot which may not be so pleasant in the evening when the sport center is closed.

Tram stop was very near, but the rooms are far from the reception and feels very dark to return alone at night to the rooms that are underground. Using the facilities for the sports related should be great, but for work purposes it was not as ideal.
