The care and love shown by the kniza staff is beyond compare. The rooms and shared spaces are immaculate and the service is swift and efficient. A true example of what is possible .

It was just lovely. A magical experience. Situated just inside the Medina, the calm amongst the chaos of Marakesh. Our host was delightful and kindly showed us his beautiful private collection of all things Berber etc within a classic setting. The wine selection isn’t great for this quality of hotel. Room seven differs from noise from the street. A lovely room but we moved due to noise.

The breakfast was a bit carb and sugar heavy on my first day. But the next morning the staff offered vegetables and fruit and those were delicious. So kind of them!

Such a beautiful Riad in the middle of the Medina. Fantastic facilities, large and comfortable rooms, and the staff is so kind and attentive. The rooftop restaurant next door has a small selection of plates and they are delicious. Do ask for a tour of the owner’s private museum, it is an absolute gem which really gives a lovely insight into the Moroccan culture. My very favourite parts of the house were the rooftop at breakfast or sunset, and the little nook on the ground floor next to all the books where in the evening you could listen to the live music. One of the best experiences and will definitely be back

A long walk from the souks, museums, historic structures, but easy to catch taxis nearby.

Comfort, beauty of the historic Riad. Beautiful spacious room and spa-luke bath. Overlooking serene courtyard with pool and fountains. Private hammam and massage outstanding. Staff so professional and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Delicious breakfasts and dinners can be taken in your room or in the courtyard or dining salon. Live traditional musicians play during dinner hour during the week. Great, same day laundry service.

Room 2 in the old section of Riad Kniza must be avoided. We spent three nights there a few days earlier. Small, cramped and noisy. Night and day difference between new and old rooms . Staff are uniformly outstanding.

This time we had room 13 in the NEW AREA, just five months after refurbishing. Excellent in every way. Breakfast is wonderful, and staff are special.!

Overlooking the courtyard meant you heard the magical sound of birds and the call to prayer but also the comings and goings downstairs from fairly early in the morning.

Beautiful and immaculately clean haven in the Medina. Many thanks to Bushra and all the charming and attentive staff who treated us like royalty during our long weekend here. Wonderful.

We loved everything! Something they cannot control is that it was a little bit loud during the night as there were some people outside but this is Marrakech :)

Exceptional! Exceeded all expectations. The staff were so amazing, I have never experienced such great hospitality. Every single team member was truly amazing, kind and friendly that made our stay feel like we were in the bubble of the best there is in this world. We loved the food, it was super clean and the smell of this place really creates an amazing atmosphere.
