Overall , we had amazing experience at the resort , the only thing , but just a minor issue that needs to be improved ,I wish they 1) provide new* sponge , 2) airconditioner Thermostat shouldnt be locked , it get warmed during the night , so we can adjust the room temp into much cooler .. 3) No Outlet in the other room & 1 outlet at the master’s bed is loosened , the Patio door lock is broke ,however To me ,these were just a minimal issue .. We definitely go back!

Location , it’s private beach ocean view , pools and I like the rooms , safety and spacious.

We felt like the food of the restaurant wasn't that great, unfortunately we had to go out of the hotel and eat somewhere else. We gave the restaurant a second chance and still unsatisfied.

We aboustley loved the view, it was relax not super crowded that weekend. Love the water pressure of the shower!

However, for the first time in 7 years we had some complaints... Sheets in main room were either not washed or just stinky. The bathrooms sounded as if water was continuously running The water in apartment was disconnected upon one of our returns, but luckily we found one of the staff members to help out. Room temp was set/locked at 76, which in high humidity along with 93 degrees was a bit stuffy; luckily the ceiling fans helped us. We got accused and searched for smoking pot. Insulting.

We enjoyed our first stay here! Here are the perks: Beautiful 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Tastefully designed and had everything we needed (extra sheets, washer/dryer, towels for shower and beach, comfy balcony furniture, equipped kitchen). Comfy beds. Great location to main town and beach. Clean building. Great gym. Awesome pools with fun atmosphere. Easy access to beach, along with loungers and shade (we did not need to haul as much stuff to the beach as previous location). Helpful staff to get the key, fix the water, and warn us of the jellyfish in the ocean.

the toilets were pathetic, are they out of an elementry school. iam 6'6'' tall. and if it was my place i would install a push button lock on the door.

Just a couple of small things...The shower heads in the two bathrooms need to be cleaned (just some calcium build-up). The spray was bad and somewhat painful. Also, there were no outlets in the smaller bedroom. There was a wine refrigerator, but unfortunately, it was not working.

Rm 304: We loved the location! A quick walk along the beach or through the RV park (where we made new friends!) to Playa Bonita. The restaurant at Sonoran Sky was very good. It was a quick drive to Rodeo Drive. The pools were clean and service at the swim up bar was quick. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. Our host was quick to respond and very helpful.

No room darkening shades in the bedroom. Way too much light way too early

Great location in the resort. Third floor so accessible by stairs but high enough for a view. Bed very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. Patio furniture was very well done and could handle 6 people without problem

We loved the spaciousness of the condo. The view was great. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of furniture outside. The pools were exceptional, especially the lower one. Very helpful owners.

There was some miscommunication about getting access to the condo. I'll take blame for that, but just make sure you understand you have to call the owner when you're there and meet them to get keys. I didn't realize that, and I didn't have their phone #. I had to call booking.com and sit on hold while they researched, then waited for the owner to drive to the condo to give us the keys. Other condos are left open and keys on the counter, or keys left at front desk. Property has no access to the room. No beach towels in room, so make sure to bring your own. Limited menu at restaurant downstairs. Other restaurants are not close by so bring groceries or plan on driving to restaurants,

excellent view, right above pool, 3rd floor. Pool closes about 9PM, so there is not excessive noise at night. Never had a problem getting a chair by the pool or on the beach. Large condo, lots of space to spread out. Nice large balcony. Plenty of comfortable furniture. Kitchen had sufficient dishes, etc. Even some spices in the cabinet. Good internet and TV. Even Netflix (or amazon Prime - I don't recall which one).

The condo has a few issues. The front door needs repair and the master shower needs work

We had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful. We did have a few issues. Everything else was outstanding and I will stay there again. I recommend it to all my friends and family. My stays there have been fantastic. The location and the people were fantastic and I will always stay there.
