Didn’t really care for the beds or the shower. There’s also a no visitor policy they hold. Stairs are kinda strenuous. Over all an old building.

If you want something in expensive in a part area then go for it.

I did not mind, but there is no elevator. If stairs challenge you, be mindful . There is only 4 floors. No biggie.

The room was so tiny it barely had enough room for our suitcases. The bathroom was moldy and there the window in the bathroom had no glass or anything else that could be closed to keep out noise.

The location was very walkable with lots nearby. The layout was fun. The pool was a nice place to hang out. I wouldn’t exactly call the staff “friendly,” but they were accommodating.

The staff is not only polite but very courteous. From the front desk to the house keeping, everyone is helpful and nice. The property is kept clean, very clean as possible. The pool is also clean and perfect for kids. We all enjoyed it.

People need to understand that it’s an older building but that should not be held against the property, since it’s a well kept older building. Lastly it’s not the Ritz, but it lacks in nothing, and for the price, you can’t go wrong.

My room was not ready when i arrived so they put me in a room where the toilet was broken and the AC was not working properly. The AC remotes are outdated with faded buttons.Staff is not friendly. No elevator and must use stairs to get to your rooms. And very loud!!

Room was dirty. Hotel was loud. Our door was paper thin.

room was dirty. There was a couple screaming and slamming doors in the middle of the night fighting and we did not get any sleep. The staff did not say anything when we told them about it. The buses start at 6:30 am and are very loud and woke us up every morning.

This gem is in the heart of old town. The pool was cool, the staff were great. The roof top patio gave you a great view of the city. Would stay again.

since i was there for 7 weeks, i did ask if i could have a small refrigerator in my room, but said there were none available, but i knew they did, as i had spoken to a customer who, was there for only a few days, did get one, but perhaps they had taken one out of a room, that they hadnt rented out for that period.

this was my 5th visit to this hotel, i was given the room 510 that i requested when i booked , they up dated alot of the plants around the pool, and decks while i was there, as well as some new chairs, and extra umbrellas at some of the tables.

The place was very dirty, the fridge was burned from ciggerettes, the floor was covered in dirt, the curtains were coming off the wall, the window in the bathroom didn't close, the hot waster was out a lot, the bathroom door would not latch, and the safe was not working at all.

The check in and check out process was nice.

The room was dirty. The sheets were ok, but the walls in the room and the bathroom were dirty. There were red drips and brown spots that I could only imagine what they were, and tons of dark smudges around light and fan switches. I reserved a room with a double bed and I ended up in a room with 2 single beds. The hot and cold water in the shower was almost impossible to mix. You get scalding water or cold water but it's hard to get warm water.

There really wasn’t much to like, noisy, couldn’t sleep, air conditioning remote kept breaking down, safe broke down, bathroom smelled like a sewer, holes in the floor, gaps in the demo or to the balcony, safe bleeped thru the night, no toaster, no coffee maker, no pot in the kitchenette, no dishwashing Liquid or a way to light the stove, had to buy all of it, wifi didn’t work often….i would never go there again. Asked the staff to give us the toaster from next door because occupant was leaving and they would not give it to us. There was mouse poop on the roof the upper floor room and dead maggots in the light.

My room was above the street and was unbearably noisy with traffic and music. I had just flown in from Melbourne (Australia) so consequently was very jet lagged and with all the noise I could barely sleep. For the price of accommodation I was appalled. The photos are very deceptive as to the real value of accommodation. Windows on street sides should be double glazed. Extra facilities should be included, eg, tv, hairdryers etc.

Cute pool but no privacy. Lovely plants.

At check in they tried to give us the wrong room. We paid for Standard AC and they tried to put us in Super Saver no AC. The room looked nothing like the photos, it was so run down. Soundproofing was terrible and the streets were really really loud. So loud that sometimes the balcony door would shake and make loud noise. The shower was so much smaller than in the photos, you could only rotate. So small that the water sprayed out of the shower all on the bathroom door? Stayed here one night on a holiday and the overcharge was ridiculous.

They had lots of water refill stations and the location is good. Theres lots of sitting areas around the hotel. The room had a little balcony. The staff stored our bags shortly and nothing was messed with.

Location is close to all the bars and restaurants, only 5 min walk from the beach area.

Could have used better pillow. Lack of outlets in the room. Only given one key which is annoying when not traveling alone. Pool was frigid and ice cold. Only issued exactly two towels at time of check in. No other towels. Face cloths. Foot towels.
