10 minutes ride from the Airport to hotel ,550 Pesos each way! Ouch , that's Expensive. Rent you own car, is cheaper!

Verry nice ,quiet, private property close to the beach. The rooms are nice. 30 minutes from Mazatlan. You need own car to get around ,as Taxis are Verry Expensive ,and Uber don't service this property.

it was a lot of construction and noise, and garbage all around the properties and golf course the ocean wasn’t good to swim there are not kids activities and you need transportation to take you yo the restaurants. just credit card payments for everything, they should have the option to pay cash

nothing is walking distance

It’s a beautiful hotel, it’s private and not crowded. It has a beautiful beach, we got to see the most beautiful thing right in front of us a sea turtle laying it’s eggs, beautiful experience!

The only thing we didn’t like was that we needed to call for transportation every time we wanted to go anywhere around the resort because the restaurants are not walking distance, other than that everything was wonderful.

It’s a beautiful hotel, I enjoyed the fact that it’s more private and not crowded, the swimming pool area was beautiful and clean, we enjoyed our morning breakfast at the Paloma restaurant with the perfect ocean view and breeze:) Thank you to the very nice cleaning lady that always made sure our room was as we needed with an extra touch.

Transportation between facilities in an enormous resort geographically.

There is limited food and drinks available where we stayed. Restaurants are a very long way away and you need to call for a shuttle ride to get to a restaurant. We waited outside in the parking lot where we were told to go for an hour for dinner. Staffing shortage is a big problem and is really really ruining the experience of an exceptional facility.

Kitchen only equipped with limited stuff. A little more tableware and kitchenware would be helpful, particularly for longer stays.

Room had a number of maintenance issues: a/c leaking from ceiling, door handles missing/broken on cabinets, patio door, wi-fi signal weak. Beach out front was too dangerous to swim with the strong current. Far from any town, so have to drive to get anywhere. The kids club and shuttle were not operating when we went.

Great Pool, large rooms, friendly staff, quiet, peaceful, not crowded.

poor maintenance. their was a loud party going on ALL night, until 5am, and the resort refused to do anything about it. they stated that it was a wedding party, and the majority of the guests were there for the wedding, so they allowed the loud noise to continue without any concern for our comfort.

the property was newer, but it is not being maintained.

Facilities need maintenance. Master bedroom Shower and one sink were not working properly. No coffee maker.

Service is terrible and maintenance is severely lacking. The roomas are dirty and furniture is broken. Cleaning is awful, and you have to go and find someone to come clean your room, as they won't do it otherwise. Food at the hotel restaurant is bland, expensive and service is terrible. Trying to call the lobby (or anyone) is an excercise in frustration, since nobody ever answers. Common areas are insufficient. At the beach there's ~6 umbrellas for 100+ suites. Similar situation around the pool.
