The breakfast was just an old sandwich and a cheap pan Dulce from the supermarket; the coffee machine on the hallways did not always work; some black hair in the bathroom right at our arrival

They play pop music 10am to 10pm in the center of the building that we could clearly hear in our room on the 1st floor.

One morning, the coffee machine was empty. The one day I requested breakfast it was not delivered.

The housekeeping didn’t clean our floors. The breakfast was unappetizing but I definitely enjoyed the yogurt. It was hard to get extra towels and there were no washcloths and it would’ve been nice to have two pillows per person.

The room was tiny to be listed as a "suite" I think they could clean a little more thorough before check in. Our tiny bathroom was not clean. Shower drain was clogged and we pulled a ton of hair out 'gross' bathroom door handle kept falling off. The air conditioned was not working properly for us. It was so hot at night.

It was a really great location to walk and staff was nice. Beautiful architecture

There was no sunlight in the room, as the window faces a wall. Due to COVID breakfast was delivered to the room in a form of a lunch bag, which included juice, sandwich and yogurt.

Clean and comfortable rooms in an old beautiful building. There is also a co-working space, where you can get tea and coffee for free, terrace on the rooftop.

I think this gem does deserve to be a serviced hotel. While there are advantages to accessibility by nearly all economic classes, this property deserves to be adorned with a Four Seasons brand and treatment at least.

The key thing about this hotel is that it is in a very storied building: This is the famed Casa de Don Juan Manuel, the location for one of the main ghost stories of Colonial Mexico, dating back to the 1600s. It is a historical gem.

The suite with the kitchen is practically useless since it is not furnished to be used. Not pans, dishes, cups or glasses , silverware……absolutely nothing which did not make any sense to us. I would never think I would have to bring my own pans and dishes to make a use of it.

We were a family of 7 including a baby and a toddler. Got a superior suite and a family suite. It was very clean and staff was very helpful. The location is exceptional if you want to explore the centro histórico. Also all the tours can be taken two blocks away.
