Staff is very friendly and speak English. Location is excellent. Great breakfast and dining close by. Security is excellent.

Staff's attitude is little uncaring, though not impolite. No lift and the room's telephone didn't work so climbing the flight of stairs after hectic day's sightseeing trip was very difficult.

Number 1. No fridge or microwave in the room. So if you're staying a few days, no way to keep drinks cold or warm up food. This would be the only reason I would not stay here again, if I'm staying more than one night. Also, breakfast was not included and very limited on what to order and restaurant closed at 11am. No vending or ice machine here. Overall it could be a nice place to stay if it offered a little more.

Room was large and clean. Good location because it was a block from a very large market that sold a lot of souvenir things and places to get a quick bite. Also there were a ton of restaurants you could walk to. Staff was friendly

They had a policy of no visitor, which was annoying. The cleanliness level is just okay. No elevator. The hotel smells like phenyl.

No elevator, no towels in the room or water to drink. I had to walk to a convenient Store to buy water.

The location, it was very clean , the staff very nice and breakfast was good and very close to a hospital. My husband has asthma and we went for a doctors appointment and we only walked 2 blocks to the doctor's office.

No coffee/coffeemaker in the room! We were only in the hotel for one night before a very-early-morning flight. If the hotel did offer some kind of breakfast, we were checked out way before that could have happened. When we first got into the room, there was an overpowering smell of some kind of deodorizer (I suppose). We had to open the window and air the room out for a good hour to make it bearable. We could not figure out how to turn the TV on; our party had reserved two separate rooms and none of us could make the TV work in either room. When we asked for help at the reception desk, an employee quickly came up and fiddled with the buttons on the side of the TVs and got them both to work.

Clean room/bathroom, comfortable bed, good location very near Mercado 28, where we got a very nice dinner at Mr. Habanero. Staff was friendly and helpful. The TV had at least a couple of stations with shows in English.

We had been staying in one room and moved to another when our friend joined us. The second room was okay, the a/c unit was a little loud but worked okay.

The lighting in the room wasn't great. The main light was broken. There weren't any charging points near the bed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was in a great location, close to lots of vegetarian restaurants. It wasn't that close to the beach but it was near the bus station. The shower had hot water with okay pressure. It was great for a short stay.

All the rooms have inside doors and it is super noisy certain times of the morning and night. Other guest did not care about the quite hours. 1st floor was the loudest . The hotel does not have an elevator. Be sure to bring ear plugs because the hall's echo and it was loud just for a few hr's of the night. WIFI does not work well in the rooms at times. It works great down stairs by the front desk.

Staff was wonderful, housekeeping was awesome. The breakfast had plenty to choose from . The room's were great for the price. Plenty of a/c and hot water. Felt safe for a single women traveling.

Toilet slow flush. Shower is weak.

Front desk good service. Very good service, at all times of the day. Quiet and bright inside. Hot water available and water machine. Felt safe in this neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants and grocery stores.

TV remote had low battery did not always work.

Felt secure. Desk clerk was very nice. Location was very good. Hotel was very clean no musty smell. Good bed and shower. Everything worked. Good value.
