Book a room with king size bed but offered double single bed upon reaching , I decline that option they gave then only they proceed with my priority option as booked. I'm dismayed with these hassles.

We didn't get our rooms to be closed to each other. My daughters' room was far away from us. Reason given by the reception is because the day before there's couple who jump to the partner's room because it's too close... What's that got to do with me and my daughters' room????

As vegetarians we didn’t have much options for breakfast. We also had trouble with the AC remote and had to change it 3 times. This caused some discomfort especially in the middle of night.

The room and bathroom should be checked properly before giving out to customers. Swimming pool water is a bit murky, not sure why, but we see some hotel guests swim in the pool without proper swimming attire, some some long sleeve shirt and long pants.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. We have booked 3 room, after we checked in, notice one bath room shower is broken, and the other toilet seat water tank leaking, in no time the maintenance team came, they attempted to fix but nil success, the front desk staff very quickly initiated 2 rooms change for us, so we could settle in comfortably. Breakfast has plenty of choices, well not the best but it’s good enough for the value.

i think they can do better with the pool. no one is guarding the pool, and feels it have sands inside the water.

strategically located in front of beach. just cross over and you will reach the beach . food was okay, taste is good. not so much option, but acceptable. the water in the pool kept warm all the time. i like!

1. Hair can be found in the hallway, need extra attention on the hallway housekeeping 2. The balcony is poorly maintained as it is covered in algea, dust and small litter 3. Both breakfast (1st and 2nd day) is salty, all the food is salty.. something to be improved 4. The pool is under maintenance which is a bummer as the kids looking forward to spending some time there....

1.The location is strategic and the hotel decoration is lovely. 2.The staff is very friendly and helpfull especially around children and elderly (the front desk manager gave em free ice cream) 3. The staff manage to sort out booking and payment issue with Avilion HQ (2 different booking)

.The towels were not clean. For some reason toilet rolls seems to be a rare commodity. No spare given hence had to ask when required. Lack of housekeeping staff. Had to call multimes to get room cleaned. Food tray was left outside overnight and even still there when we were leaving (called multiple times to have it cleared). Restaurant staff was in experienced.

The rooms were basic but clean. The front desk staff (especially Kuga and Alia) were very helpful and attentive. The deco at the hotel was great
