washroom privacy is less, can hear any sound from the walkway. in my room Hand spray for commode was in left hand side, it should be in right hand side.

They honored me as their return guest. I had a special room request and they kept it. very spacious room with balcony.

Living area & master room no ceiling fan(but standing fan was provided in master room)..cleanliness was ok(but can be improved). Floor abit slippery(but slippers provided).

I have visited the hotel 5 years ago, and the cleanliness is much better than what I experience recently.

Great location. Very central and close to the bus station which was perfect for us being able to walk there from the bus. Staff were friendly and hotel breakfast was good.

I booked a room for 2 because it was cheaper but checked in 4 persons because the photo on the web showed that the room have 1 double bed & 2 sofa beds (for my children). But when entered the room it was only one sofa bed. I went and complained. They transferred me to another room which can accommodate 4 persons & it was so spacious.. Excellent service. I also like the breakfast provided. Highly recommended.

There was no towel when we arrived but was sent promptly when we complained.

Location: The hotel is near the shops and markets. You can just go out and walk around. The hotel is combined with a mall however it is safe as you need a keycard to access the hotel floors. Parking: Easy, free parking in the property Breakfast: Food was delicious and delightful. Room: The room is big, comfortable, and clean. Provided with kitchenette, a sofa, the view was nice as well from our balcony. Staff: such excellent and helpful staff.

No AC, although this is normal because of the altitude, the humidity in the room was high.

We liked it being better and newer than nearby hostels.

1.Not enough privacy for bathroom in master bedroom, especially over night and kind of body exposing from balcony.need to add ?curtain 2.the rack above the kitchen sink just at the level of my head, few times bang it accidentally while using the tap water.

Safety and privacy. The room has a big balcony but partitions by wall. The wall are physically accessible by next room. The room also located at lower floor so upper floor can clearly see what we're doing at balcony.

I was charged Rm3 for Tourism Tax which I found rather puzzled because it was suppose to be charged to Foreigners and I was not even charged by other hotels before. They even displayed the Govt circulars on this but I thought they had misunderstood on this issue. Also the bathroom's tile surface need to be changed as it was slippery and too dangerous for the kid or the elderly people.

Spacious room. Easy access and convenient. A brand new hotel it is.
