Staff - I think the main staff were great but some of the volunteer staff could have been friendlier (not that they were unfriendly). Facilities - they had karaoke, pool table and darts machine available (and I think it's free for all of them). The floor tiles felt really nice and clean and you could even pay to get your laundry done (8 MYR per kg I think). Also can rent a towel for 5 MYR and a water-proof bag for 20 MYR if you wish. Cleanliness - really clean, from the bedrooms to the toilets, which is impressive considering it's a huge place but I can see why cos the staff cleans everywhere religiously Comfort - mattress and pillow were comfy. Sometimes the room felt a bit hot though, as if the aircon wasn't really working. Value for money - felt that is was very worth it. It also felt safe cos entry to the hostel requires tapping of access card and you can use their huge lockers also to store your stuff. Location - near enough to Cenang beach area which is the main part of the town but also good that it's not smack in the centre of the main road or else it would be v noisy. Had a lot of eateries nearby and a duty free shop for all your basic needs (I got all my toiletries and even swimming trunks there).

That they had problems with the water on my last day. They where super nice with giving us water bottles. But still couldn’t shower or use the toilet…

Staff! AC, proximity to many shop, food truck/night market and the beach (easy to come back and shower). Love that you could also rent a scooter directly there! And a little mention for the house cat!

Kitchen could be more spacious not really a proper set up to cook a dish.

Location, staff, bed size and space around. Room was huge. Everything was clean, cleaning being done a couple of times a day. Showers were massive, with hooks and shelves.

All the hostel is very clean and the staff are so friendly! Many possibility of game (darts, pool..). A perfect place if you want to meet people but also if you want to be on your one as the dorms are very quiet.

This hostel is massive! Some rooms have 20 beds in them. People were generally respectful of quiet times but as there are so many people coming/going it is still quite noisy. The lockers were a bit flimsy and the wifi was slow at times.

The hostel is in an ideal location for the beach/main restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and happy to help with whatever I asked. It was very sociable, lots of people playing games/having drinks in the common area in the evening which is perfect if you are travelling solo and want to meet people.

The hostel is super nice, new and always very clean. The volunteers working there are super nice and helpful! You also have a co working space very silent so perfect for digital nomad, they have an area where you can dry your clothes and they also offer service of wash machines.

Bedroom areas are very clean, quiet and spacious. The rooms are kept nice and cool and orderly by staff. The hostel was well managed to keep everyone’s stay comfortable. The communal area is lively and has lots of opportunity to be social. The location is good too.

The staff was amazing. We had a little accident with the motorbike and we were able to sort it our only thanks to them and their help. They are very passionate and informative about the island. The hostel is really nice and they have a beautiful common area with amazing vibes. Thanks again for what you did for us!

Just be mind it is shared bathroom and toilet for all gender. But it was kept have clean it.

Is a nice choice for solo traveller or people who would like to meets some new people during the travel. Meanwhile, it also have quiet room provide to who would like to do some work or quiet time. Public area have pools, darts able to lets you practice too. And we do have a fun nice karaoke short session at one night during my staying. Was enjoy staying at there for 3 nights. Definitely will come back again if solo trip again.

The WiFi is really bad

It has a really good location close to the beaches and many shops. The hotel staff are very nice and they even offer free food sometimes. I think this was one of the cleanest hostels I’ve ever been to. Someone was cleaning all the time.

Cleaness of the Roads and Streets. Walking has too much obstructions due to shops , etc.

Right at Cenang Beach Area. Best Beach and facilities in Langkawi. Cenang Beach and Tengah Beach are excellent. Food and Shopping are located within walking distance.
