Noise of the bikes and cars passing by on the road outside the resort. It is very disturbing during the nights.

The ambience, food, service, cleanliness, friendly, polite and courteous staff. A special thanks to Santosh, Sudeep, Andi, Kirthan, Bau, Mint, Ridoy, Khadag and Krishna for taking extra efforts to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The staff at the Resort makes you feel like family. We have been to so many resorts but the service here is exceptional on all accords.

The staff are excellent. Its my second stay with them. They understood our food restrictions and prepared a special meal for us.

This has nothing to do with the property but its location puts you at the mercy of local cab drivers (15 minute drive from the center of town). What I’ve experience is refusal to take me there because of heavy traffic or asking 3 times the already overcharged tourist tariff.

The hotel is too close to the main road so it's pretty noisy. the hotel should invest in noise blocker windows for guests.

a little small details in the room bathroom: the bidet holder was loose, the hot water tap in the shower was loose and there was a broken tile on the shower floor

excellent food for breakfast and the high-tea. the room was very beautiful and cosy. the staff were extremely friendly and polite. the bar had very good cocktails.

Everything was good except for the service of foreign staffs in the breakfast room. Empty plates were not removed, request for a coffee took a long time to be served and when served was wrong. Nobody came to enquire if we needed help to order food. Seems like they are more attentive to some Indian tourists

meals are not up to the expectation and we did not feel value for the money regarding the restaurant foods at the hotel. I suggest the hotel to more utilize the local food materials such as vegetables, fruit etc from Cameron Highland

Staffs are friendly, helpful and polite. Location and room are excellent, especially for me as a golfer.

Beautiful hotel, central location (although avoid weekends and school holidays due to huge traffic jams) with excellent service (I was very well cared for in the restaurant by mr Tirkan but also the people of the reception and people at the entrance did a great job, sorry for not remembering all of the names). The athmosphere in the hotel is relaxing and everyone was very friendly.

Great location, tasty resto (5ôclock tea and hot pot must to try). We were upgraded to a family room. Hotel has guides and cars which can take you to all must visit places (forest, strawberry farm etc), a golf course just in front.

So calm and peaceful. Exactly what we need after all the hustle bustle we saw in the main cities. Perfect drive up from Kuala Lampur and a very comfortable stay. The lack of noise and crowds was exactly what we needed.

Night time traffic can be quite loud noisy with vehicles on the road next to the hotel room.

This was the best stay of our life ! We felt like in another world in this magnificient hotel. We loved the rooms, the decoration, the location... The food was delicious and of high quality. We discovered some specialities from the Highlands and we liked it a lot. This stay has been amazing especially thanks to all the staff that was truly the best ! Thank you so much Hossein, Ridoy, Shantoosh, Sugi, Sudep, Bal, and all others I don't remember the name, for attending us like VIP guest. Also, the massages from Arika were extremely relaxing and professionnal. At the beggining we just came to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and we appreciated so much the service that we finally stayed in Cameron Highlands Resort for 4 nights. I cannot wait to come again to Malaysia and being back in this hotel which feel like home in a luxury way !

Cocktails aren’t all good. Mattress could be more comfortable but nothing bad. All rooms are facing a very busy road so be prepared to hear cars during the night.

The place is so charming ! Very old English style. Staff is so kind. Food was good. Very well located. They provided earplugs.
