There was a good few ants in the room. Also there is lots of unwelcoming signs around the housing estate saying not to stay in "illegal hotels", referring to homestays such as this one made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

Very nice accommodation, was a shared house but we stayed for 2 nights and only was another person once, when we were both checking out. Spacious room, comfortable beds and good shower. Let us check out an hour later as well :)

These 2 things have nothing to do with the homestay, but many unwelcoming homestayers signs in the neighborhood. Also I was there for almost the whole month of February (Chinese New Year) every night there was loud, annoying fireworks in the neighborhood when trying to sleep.😔

This homestay was outstanding. Big, beautiful, clean villa. Everything was excellent! Self check in and check out easy. Comfortable, clean, big room. Common areas very comfortable also, couch, dining table, etc. Free use of laundry machine. Kettle, dishes, toaster, microwave, etc. for my convenience. Fridge to store my food & drinks because I was there for a long time. Host was very helpful and responsive from the very beginning of my booking (months before I stayed) when I had questions to the day I left. Good value for money, reasonable room rate. All round great homestay! 🙂

Very good, 10 out of 10. Peace and comfortable , I really like the bathroom in master room. And can see the mountains view at balcony. Living room and kitchen are also beautiful.

Big room Almost evey facility is available in the house from cooking to washing. I had my car parked inside. Every single thing in this house is perfect.

The wifi generally was good, just sometimes it dropped off a little. An extra bin in the bathroom would have been useful.

This is a really good value place, not far from the main part of Batu Ferringhi. The host is super friendly and helpful. You have your own room, bathroom and balcony, and if you want to cook, there is a shared kitchen. The property is located in a quiet and safe housing estate. Overall, highly recommended.

No nice view from the room or terras , has just a small outside terras between the buildings. Best to have scooter to go everywhere, not very close to beach and restaurants.
