Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeAbit inconvenient that I have to keep tapping the different doors to gain entrances to the hotel lifts and hotel doors. (Need to tap on 3 doors before I can reach my hotel room) . Only 2 out of 3 lifts are working and waiting time for the lifts are long as lifts are not that big and residents are taking the same lifts. If the balcony can be cleaned before we enter. It’s so dirty that we doesn’t dare to step outside . One of the bedsheet have stain like slipper mark.

Malaysia- TV is complicated to use - Really wish they give 2 key cards instead of 1, bit of a hassle if you have different activities/schedules with your partner - Wifi needs improvement - Window rooms only have small window, lack of natural light. Not for people who are cluster phobic - Bathroom has grimy mouldy smell and limescales, but not really an issue if you dont mind it. Otherwise nice bathroom. - Be aware that theres stairs to get to some rooms. Ensure you inform the staff incase you have mobility issues.. - RM200 deposit is shocking
Love the modern look and feel. Great for stays you need to come back to hotel and sleep in a comfy bed. Otherwise the lack of facilities leaves you with nothing to do. Location is good and on its own private property (no outside cars/people lingering).

SingaporeThe staff not well trained at all. The 2 days stay met 8 staffs at different time yet no greeting at all. Even upon arrival and checkout. Put us 3rd floor without lift. 2 Staff at reception looking at us carrying our 4 luggages up without offering any help, Unbelievable!!(Maybe that is their company policies for not offering help..) still have more to say but I think is enough bcos not coming back... (I am a hotelier too)
At least got free parking and including bf. The room was decent.

Singaporeno lift to the floor i was staying; we had to lug our luggages up the stairs. no pedestrian crossing to the eateries opposite, had to jaywalk. can be quite dangerous with kids especially. can be quite noisy with all the clubs around.
