Breakfast was fairly simple - not a dealbreaker for me, but for those who enjoy a hearty spread for brekkie, you won't find it here. For the parking, you have to drive up seven levels. Not a deal breaker for me too, but might be annoying for some. The toilets were clogged and leaking. I only stayed one night, so didn't make a big deal out of it.

Booked the suite, good pricing for the size. Location is good - near to town but not smack right in the middle of it. Hotel is in fairly good condition, no signs of needing refurbishment or anything just yet.

location is slightly far from the town if you are a tourist without a car. takes 25 min drive to get to town so it can be a bit of a hassle in and out from town to hotel and can get worst if there is a jam.

the rooms and toilets were very big. the bathroom tub was exceptionally large and they provided a salt bomb for the tub as well. overall the rooms and clean and comfortable and amenities adequate. truly value for money. Free parking is available at hotel too.

Maybe should improve on parking facilities .

If i have to rate this hotel , i'll give 5 star . Bathroom so spacious and they also provide bathboom for free ! The room also spacious , so comfy . Not to mention their pool . So clean and big . The staff also very helpfull and friendly . I will recommend this hotel those have low budget but have 5 star experience hotel

Lack of maintainance like wall paper come off and a loosen reading light. The mirror that reflect the toilet's light to the bed has disturb my sleep (i usually turning on the toilet light throughout the night for easy access when needed) Few times nearly accidentally knock on the glasses at bathroom when going out from the bathroom.

When car park is full on the 6th and 7th floor, we have no place to park the car except at parking lot at the hotel entrance. However, we are told to pay 25 RM per day fro teh parking but thankfully the gurad there allowed us since the parking is full.

Break fast could be better. It was very simple. The beef bacon, chicken ham is not good. Better to replace with fresher products such as fried rice , nasi lemak or fried kuay teow. The fried mee hoon is literally sauce and noodles, suggest to add in vegetables.

The gym could have been better. 1 treadmill under maintainnace n only 1 was running. No control to switch on aircon for early exercising. No water facilities. The hotel pillow is really hard n high. Didn’t use the pillow. Have to use roll up towel to sleep.

Hotel never explain clearly about car parking validation sequence (before or after check out ). Many guest not able to claim back their parking fees due to check out first

Highly satisfied from the receptionist, facility and accommodation.Just want to highlight about parking issues..we got problem at first after we check in and find for the parking at level 7, we used our visa card to touch for parking due to tng card insufficient..we communicate thru intercom and someone said that the parking need to be paid even though we already mention we a guest for jazz hotel.. after we check in and want to go out we had been charge rm6 for one hour parking.which is surprise me how come we need to pay for parking and I'm get curios if one hour chrge rm6 how about one night stay?? After that we go and check with receptionist then he mention parking was foc and need to go lobby first to touch card before out..maybe there is small misunderstanding because we not being brief first..however Im still happy and enjoy staying here..I'm sure will repeat again n again..thank you😍

Very good in everything. The staff was friendly, the lift was very fast. The location is the centre of the town. Easy to get access to everywhere. Room are clean, toilet was awesome with bath tub...
