Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Rooms are clean and modern. Aircon works just fine. Toilet is good. Bed is comfortable. Housekeeping comes between 6-7pm. Area feels secure, near residential.

SingaporeThe receptionist talked quite loud at times during the night. The location was far and it was raining so grab was extremely difficult to get. Took more than an 1hr to get a car.
I stayed on the first floor (non-smoking room), near the reception counter. No window, just 4 walls, TV, mirror, room lights and closet. The space is literally enough for solo or friends and couple. Just adequate things: heated shower, aircon and bed.

MalaysiaI have guarantee my booking thru my card and for all my foreign staff. when arrived they want us to pay with cash. all my staff from indonesia arrived at 3.40 am and only can check in after collect cash from each other at 5 am in the morning! luckily they have some money change at the airport and it such waste of time! Staff also ARFAID to call the boss asking for acc to settle this issue. Only to asked for bank account number as i, the employer stay in KL and want to pay online! argue with thi s staff for an hour! He force me to cancel the entire booking and i have explain booking will charge my card for that.
10 times call also no answer! have message thru the property also no reply since at 7 pm 😏 Very nice for giving me such problem at 5 am in the morning.
