There is no keetle, tv and minibar in my room not same as mentioned in booking.com. The manager should edit the info in the website about the facilities that you provided to the customers.

There were no towels no cleaner no water just an extremely basic experience the room was so dark and miserable I'm quite upset I booked it for 7 days

Resort was not well maintained. I purposely book this hotel as there are pool available however it was not open. The room were not cleaned, dust avery where and had weird smell in the room and outside too There were no locked for toilet door and there are a space between door which can see through from outside. It look like a abandoned hotel..

As them to maintain all facilities like they advertise. Floors dirty, Room smell of mothball. Toilet no lock and can peep thro and no hanger Lobby so hot, got cochroach in room, no breakfast as advertise although deducted still doesnt satisfy us. It is not beachfront ! No toilet tissue, fridge no workin and TV is out!!!!!

Theres no breakfast! Booking.com shoud chec when registering hotels unto your online reservesations. I have been to many hotels but unfortunately, this is the worst. Pictures lies!

i stayed at this hotel from the 20/5-29/5/2023, had 3 water disruptions, no 1 cleaned my room through out my stay, only 2 TV channels which was reduced to 1, 2 days before me checking out, today when i checked out, no 1 was at the counter, we checked out at 08:00.

Aircond was not cold. Water pressure was low. The rate per night was too expensive compared to their facilities and services. No breakfast included. Room was not daily clean.

We arrived and the main door was locked no o e answer .. they let us wait outside in th street for 20 minutes.. pics show there is at least tissues in the toilets .. nothing is there .. my room was smelling bad for 3 days from the toilet .. they made us pay 30RM extra when checking-out because one of the towels have makeup stain on it.. no water kettle no cups or mugs no iron .. in the room description all is included while on the spot you have to pay even for toilet tissues.. very bad experience

Location was great for getting onto the main beach strip and staff was lovely. Sorted out washing for us and gave us some tips on where to go.

The pool is not open but many of the hotel pools were closed, and water was off for a few hours each day . This was due to the government repairs not individual hotels. The staff let us know when it was back on. Nobody was around when we checked out to refund the towel deposits.

I loved how close this was to the beach and that it was family owned and run. They are working hard to update and improve daily. Very helpful and kind. Our first room had issues, the fridge was broken , the cistern in the toilet was broken and the aircon broke too. The owners replaced the fridge and moved us across the hall ,so that they could revamp and repair everything in the room without disturbing us. The new room was lovely, the birds that visit the gardens are beautiful.

Rude and nasty staff. The room is obsolete and there is no TV in the economy room. Moreover you don't have a cleaning service every day. The hotel mentions a swimming pool which is closed and in very deteriorated condition. The staff ask for money for example to clean the blankets or the towels if you stay several days while the room service is supposed to be included in the price. Overall, I would not recommend this place to stay in Langkawi.

Hotel is very secure with many cctv all around the place, also very very good location .. 2 min walk to the beach and all the best restaurants around, nearby scooter rental places Taxi stand, awesome spa (alun-alun), shopping, coffee and sheesha spots, money exchanger and 24/7 mart, etc all very nearby 5 mins walks. The bedrooms are also very nice value for money with good amenities.

This is first time l entangled with this kind of hotel. I always dont book online which l dont Believe. I always walk in first to see the room before l book. No more booking online. Once. Bitten twice shy

The room was different which l saw before booking. When l check in.the receptionist told me it was budget room. I was angry and wanted to cancel but she told me cant be refunded. The hotel is closed at 8.00 and there is no receptionist . It is look at as if it is haunted. This is first time l am seeing no receptionist at the hotel. I think this is the first hotel in malaysia where there is no receptionist.
