Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaPlease provide bigger & more dustbin in the room. Especially in the bathroom also at the lobby & at the water dispenser area only got 1 small dustbin. Please provide more than 1 iron as when I’m asked the staff about the iron, the staff said the one & only iron have just MIA.
Bathroom was big. Hot shower & air conditioner are well functioned. Coway water dispenser was very convenience. 24h self service laundry is just next to the hotel. McDonald’s , petrol station & food court are very nearby (walking distance). There is a burger stall at night & also Malay breakfast stall in front of the hotel.

I don't know why booking.com doesn't show room more cheaper and suitable for me but show me room that more expensive and not meet my expectations. Also no sanitary bag, and no hot shower. Lastly booking.com or accommodation should show reserve time count or time count for confirmation booking. Suddenly i see my reserve become my booking without confirmation. This stupidity goes to booking.com
