The air conditioner was on all the time and it was extremely cold.

The toilet is located within the dorm creates a lot of noise which can be disturbance during sleep. Also the faucets make lot of noise while in operation. Observed few co guests in the dorm were not mindful like making noises, talking, playing music using toilet without closing the door. The rules can be conveyed and placed as necessary will be helpful.

The location was great close to main attractions and the property was maintained well and organised. Staff was helpful in accepting dollars as security deposit as I didn’t have local currency.

I would recommend The Bed Bukit Bintang instead, as its location is better and has a swimming pool!

Not very social. Most people are there for work. Quite expensive and the curtains infront of the bed are see trough if you have the lights on inside the cube.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed. Extremely clean, all the time you'd see staff properly cleaning and mopping rooms and common areas. WiFi was super fast, I worked all week doing teams calls and it did not let me down! Bed extremely comfy, spacious and with privacy. Very silent place, which I loved. If you're looking for party and sociable place, this is not for you. Coffee and water refill. Excellent location, essencial amenities nearby

The Location is quiet, near the Twin Towers and city centre. Good for solo travelers, good breakfast, good wifi connectivity, supportive staff. Overall, it was a good stay.

AC could have been adjustable. It's a centralized AC, couldn't reduce the temperature during freezing cold.

Breakfast menu almost same everyday but its ok no big problem

The location is very close to monorail Bukit Nanas, only 2 minutes by walking. Next to hostel there's Seven Eleven, and there's small cafe in reception area. Free simple breakfast, Staff is so kind and helpful. All is well maintain. Communal area is so big and comfy to relaxing.

Not a social place. Staff not much contact. Someone ate my food from the fridge and staff didn't seem to care. Someone's alarm went of at 3 am and someone else receiving messages all night without phone on silent.

Large pods with plenty of space. Nice clean bathrooms separate men and woman. Great location for towers and food. Can work in the kitchen and lounge area.

The staff has no tourist information of any sort. Hostels do not involve in encouraging socializing in any way ( for example, other hostels I stay at have gatherings at 7 pm daily or another hostel has breakfast get together). If you gently touch walls at your bed, anyone can hear it. It would be nice if the walls had softer materials. Some shower heads don't stay straight, and move to the side. The pillow was too high for me. I ended up sleeping on the towel.

The place is clean, spacious and well organized with space for socializing and kitchen. The location is great. The breakfast on the first floor and 7/11 convenience store, which is great convenience. Beds have enough space to have your belongings next to you. The room has windows. Sleepers provided. Extra room for makeup or ironing area.

Rude staff, unhelpful, charge of 5 myr to store a bag past 2 pm! Horrible chemical air freshener in all the hallways, hot water does not work, I needed to do laundry and it was within the 8 hour window, they still refused to do it, found staff to be super un-accommodating, they didn’t care and could not be bothered

Bathroom can use a bit more maintenance but it’s mostly because there are 2 washrooms only for several guests.

Good value, mostly clean, location is very near the twin towers and also near a train station. They also let me check in before check in time which was nice.
