Make bikes free and have a Bar restaurant open

I liked the bike rental option, but I would’ve preferred that it was free. Because that is the way to get around. It makes sense to me that it is provided as an extra bonus.

First appearance when approaching was concerning. Greeted by a couple of cars missing parts in underground car park and overgrown areas. But once driven through the open air car park was fine.

Room was very comfortable. Well equipped room.

We never met any staff at check in and check out. It felt like there was no one at all in the hotel. It was a self check in/ check out counter. There should have been a mirror outside the bathroom.

Flush in the bathroom was leaking and it kept making a lot of noise after it was flushed. Bathroom door was not closing. Something wrong with the lock. TV was not working.

There was a staff to check us in at late night after we told them that we woukd be late for check in. Otherwise there was no staff at all to be seen

Great space with good amenities, very comfortable, staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet. This was good value for money and there are bus stops and supermarkets near by.

Parking is the most expensive in two weeks travelling around. As well as the automated reception is laggy, and required assistance calls as at check-in as at check-out.

Room-studio was amazing, clean, and spacious.

We struggled a bit with the self check-in as the system didn’t recognized neither the nane or other parameters, so we needed to contact a staff member.

Accessing the building when you arrive is very difficult without a room key, if you do not have phone connectivity there’s no way to contact reception. We relied on other guests returning to let us into the building. We then did the same later in the day for other guests who had arrived and were just as lost. A doorbell would be the easiest for guests arriving on foot. The batteries in the TV remote were flat.

The kitchen facility is very helpfully for when you are travelling. Room is a nice size and very comfortable. You have everything you need

I asked for late checkout but when I came back to the building my access cards didn’t work leaving me out of the building and not being able to open the door of my room. Members of the staff cleaning other rooms were very helpful facilitating access to the building and my room. For some reason at the time of checking out the system didn’t recognize my name or room number, being this last issue solved by the staff over the phone

Area very industrial. Bathroom adequate with good shower, but very small.

When we checked in at 10 |PM our reservation was not recognized in the system. Someone happened to view us on the camera and came to our aid. I was a little skeptical at this point. Someone show up at our door to investigate the water leak on day 3. With there being no one at the front desk we had no knowledge who this person was. Luckily is was just previously inquiring about a larger room down and hall for a future rental and recognized the young lady was with the workers. Everyone was very polite. Also when we checked out the system said that I was not in the system again. That part was frustrating.

Everything went well, however There were remnants of a water leak on the ceiling It was nice to have a well equipped kitchen for light meals and snacks.

It was still quite a ways to the city centre (20 min by bus), doesn’t appear to be much to see in the immediate area and many of the nearby restaurants closed by 7/8pm which I wasn’t expecting. Thankfully it is walking distance to some nearby supermarkets so we got supplies to make our own dinner and breakfast the following morning.

Beds were very comfortable and this area was quiet. Having the ability to cook a meal and use the fridge was a nice change of pace from our other Netherlands stays.

The windows are shut and unable to be opened as they are secured with keys. It may be acceptable for two nights, but if it extends beyond that, especially for individuals with a fear of enclosed spaces, it could feel reminiscent of being in a Persian.

The only thing i didnt like was the shower door. Every time i showered the bathroom floor was like a pool ... i Had to use the mop every time i used it ....

It was a bit cold and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work even when i am opening it! The spot near the bed didn’t open ! There is not something for breakfast or water at the building
