It was quite disturbing that there were a lot of rats outside the hotel and these rats were wandering right in front of the hotel door.

The location is very good, transportation to the city center is very easy and fast.

I liked the location. The space for all the family was wonderful. And we all loved the cat, he was below enough for the kids to pet him.

Decor is dated, and quite far from the city.

The room had a mini kitchen and the staff were nice.

The bathroom is too small, it's still okay and clean, but yeah, a bit small and the sink was kind of clogging.

The staff was very very nice and accommodating. The room also exceeded our expectations, it was a big room with a kitchen and dining. It's very clean too and close to the Sloterdijk station.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, big separate room for 2 Person;) Two towels for shower , that was changed on a second day, as well as cleaning service was an unexpected surprise. We could pay 5 Euro for a little breakfast with juice, fruits, coffee and donuts, but actually didn´t need it, just took a coffee for 1 Euro Big advantage is 24 Hours check-in, so you can find help any time you need. Best for us: we arrived early morning, so long before check-in and we could leave our backpacks in Hotel-locker before Check-in, so we could go enjoy Amsterdam straight away without heavy backpack and just came back afternoon for Check-in.It was perfect;)

Comparing price and what you get, this is rather poor. Old rooms with no possibility to sit (no table/no chair) and work, when the public space is more or less noisy. Window in our room was broken with no possibility to close it. Suprise was the bed - which you had to prepare by your self (really? For price around 55€ per night?), little bit challenging when you get the top bunk bed and somebody is already in the bottom bed........ We had a breakfast included, but this is more or less snack which I would not preffer for breakfast - super sweet muffin or donut + coffee and some apple/orrange. Would be nice to better prepare the guest who expect ,,breakfast included,,. Bathroom was not ready to me, I do not know how often is it cleaned but since the paper towels were empty already during evening, floor was dirty and soaking soap in the shower and would not say, it was ready that day (4 people shared the bathroom and two guys came during the late night)

The hotel is placed not that far from the center by public transport. Hotel is in good quiet location. I loved staff approach. Lady gave as many types what to see and where to eat, she also offered to keep our luggage and car on the parking lot before official check in. Love the public places, where the reception is and Pepper the cat was amazing host :)

1- the lockers were too small that even a normal laptop bag could't pass inside. Beside you had to bring a lock with you, it didn't have a lock itself. 2- my husband and I wanted to travel with our dog, we chose this Hotel, because it was written pet allowed on their page. We wanted to reserve two beds in a six bed room, in which we thought, the dogs may not be allowed. So I wrote in my reservation form, that we have our dog, and ask if it's possible? Instead of first reading my secial request and then accepting my reservation, they first confirmed the reservation, took the money, and then sent me an automatic Email, that dogs are not allowed in the dormitories, but only in the private rooms. So since it was their mistake, not to read my request first, I asked them to cancle my reservation, but they didn't accept it. I also contacted the booking.com, but they gave us the same answer. They also were not reachable after reservation was done, and answered me with a lot delay with automatic answers. I also asked them if we can upgrade our room? And they said, even for that, we have to pay them 50 Euros extra!! They put us into a great problem to find someone who can take care of our dog, who lives in another city, so we had to buy more tickets and our way took much much longer than expected because of them. We even thought we can cancle the trip and just think about the money, as if it was robbed from us. If they only mentioned on their page, that the pets are not allowed on these rooms, I had absolutely no problems with this behavior. But way they behaved, is for me more like tourist trap to be able to take more money!

The staff was nice, it was located near the Train Station, they cleaned the rooms every day, Tgere was clean towels and linen for each person

Unfortunately if you wake up even with a slightest bit of voice, I don't believe that you are going to be able to sleep here cuz you can hear almost everything from the next room and outside.

The graffiti in the room was amazing, rlly loved that artistic style. The bathroom was quite nice, didn't expect a lot so what we got was a relief.

One night the power kept cutting out which was annoying especially in the late evening.

The room had its own microwave, fridge and kettle. The single room was spacious. The whole building felt secure. I love how each room had it own unique art work inside it.

The showers need a deep cleansing The fire alarm sounded randomly at 2 am in all the rooms and none came to explain what was happening, all the guests were outside their rooms with a confusing face

There wasnt a stove top which was a shame. Not much nearby apart from train station

The staff were full of energy and happy to see us! Social place with lots of things to do. They offered a free bike tour but we didnt have time unfortunately. There is a cat in reception

It was impossible to open the window, even for ventilation. The hose in the shower was defective, causing water to flow in different directions. The drain in the washbasin was clogged...

The room and surfaces in general was dusty and not cleaned properly. The bedsheets were loose and kept coming off throughout the night. Toilet was cramped and dim.
