Lockers were far from room and small, electrical outlets where not working for some reason so we couldn't charge our phones, room was very small but didn't mind it, only stayed for a night before my flight

The bed frames are too light which means even if someone walked in the floor they shake. Wifi signal was poor both on phone and laptop. Don’t know where the charging port was but it wasn’t near the bed.

Beds were not the most comfortable and squeaked at the slightest movement. Bathroom trashcans get really overflowed with paper towels after the morning rush. Reminded me of being in college.

Great for a super quick stay. Clean, friendly staff, good sized rooms, decent WiFi. The facilities were clean. I did not stay long enough to take a shower, but it wouldn't have been a problem. Reminded me of being in college. If you're used to traveling in hostels, you'll likely enjoy your stay. They also had a really cute turtle in a fish tank in the lobby!

The stream in the shower could be better but it was not a big issue. Not all the beds have a charger.

unfortunately, I had to choose the dormitory room, as there was no free space elsewhere, and I missed my flight home to Hungary. The people in the room were horrible, but that's not the staff's fault, they really do their best.

The guest have to put the cover of the bed and the pillow by themselves which could be tiring if you just arrive their from a long flight and it doesn't feel right when you paid for that price. I feel the check-in time is too strict, it would be better if the hostel could be more flexible with their check-in time.

The location is not too far from the area where all the bars and nightclubs are located and it is very near to Van Abbe Museum, and seems like this hostel takes security very seriously which for me is a positive thing.

Given the fact that there weren’t too many people I wish I had the room for myself. Also the mattress was quite uncomfortable and a bit noisy as I think they were the ones they use in hospitals.

I really liked the location as it was very close to the Center and train station. The vibe was very cozy and the staff was very kind. The smoking area was also very nice as you didn’t have to go outside.

Quite expensive for a hostel, 44 Euro for a night, so I could arrive on time at the airport. Most of the central hostels are no more than 25 Euro for a night in other cities/countries.

It had window but facing middle space for smokers, so there is not possibility to open it for the fresh air. It was cold weather but heating and some kind of air condition was to loud and strong. You were able to lower heating down but not anything else, fresh air was missing. Also, even though clean and comfy, beds were too soft and squeaky for sleeping. There was a roommate because of which I could not sleep at all because of constant moving.....!!!

Staff was welcoming and clear with explanations, and with helpful recommendations. There was a problem with card-payment machine. Room and whole facility was clean and secure. Beds were clean and comfy soft, but for me personally for sleeping too soft and squeaky. Bathrooms + showers are clean and huge, which is a great plus for a hostel. Location was quite reachable from the main things and quiet area. Close also to great museum, which staff recommended me to visit on a rainy day - thanks for that!

The beds don't have any curtains to have at least the minimum privacy and help with the light in our faces, nowadays this for me is unnaceptable not to have curtains on the beds.

The place is clean and good location, the bathroom structure works, better than most hostels. Smoking space very good, the smell doesn't go out to the rooms and halls.

The pillow needs replacing, that was bad. I'd have loved a bit wider check-in times too... one of the 2 toilets in the men's bathroom was also out of use
