Cleaning on the first day was not properly done by the time we arrived there, but the company asked for a reclean and helped us with a late check out.

The flat is super nice, furniture is comfortable and kitchen has appliances to prepare meals.

The place was kind of inconvenient for the price because it's a bit far from the city center. But there's a bus stop nearby, and only takes 17 minutes to get to the central station. The only downside was that they didn't give us enough shampoo and body wash for our 3-night stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spacious, well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive.

The curtains were too little for the windows so in the morning we were always awaken by the sun and possibly the neighbors could see us naked; the location is far from the city center and at night there are fewer busses. Everything in the house is for 1 person: there's 1 pan, 1 glass ect.

Modern appartement: new furniture and modern design. Comfortable beds and great surroundings. Although far from the city center, with public transport is quite easy to reach the most famous sights.

You CAN'T take the lift from 0 floor!!! I don't know why, if there's a lift there, and it works perfectly fine - why make your guests going those narrow stairs up and down? The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The bed was made of 2 separate mattresses, without the top one. They drifted apart all the time. When it rains, the water comes inside through the door's corner Floors were dirty, they didn't washed them between me and the previous guest (white socks don't lie) Window blinds and curtains were very dusty and in the stains which origine I tried not to think of. No drying rack and detergent, despite there was a washing machine Only one dishwasher brick

Bedroom had mosquitos & property needs fumigation, we had discomfort at night. Apartment is located in a relatively new area which is under development & no grocery stores were around. We couldn't even find a place where we could buy drinking water bottles.

The property was recently built (in 2022) with modern amenities & fixtures. Apartment was well cleaned & spacious for a small family. Bus stop was pretty near & you may easily get a bus for the central station after every 15 minutes which is the main area for all activities like dinning, excursions etc.

Good for 2 people and not for family of 4. Nozzle of hair dryer was not working.Blackout blinds were too short in room 102.

We missed a microwave oven which would be very handy. There was no door to the adjacent washroom which came as a bit of a surprise. The entrance is a little bit tricky with the door code and then the lock box and lift being accessible only when getting out.

A stylish and comfortable place with almost all the facilities needed for a short stay. The air conditioning system and bathroom heating were very good. The location is a bit far from crowds but still has good access to public transport.

The door was a little stiff to open at times so we did get locked out for like 30 minutes but when messaging the property for help they got back really fast.

The location was good and only 10 minutes away from Amsterdam Central.

I liked the courtyard. The beds were comfortable. I found that there was excellent showering facilities and that we were in a great location to easily either walk/ferry to centrall or bus :)

Not prepared for 4 persons: the sofa was not adequated for 2 people; 4 big towells but only one face towel; No spare garbage bags; Not a single kitchen towel;if you want to cook- Limited kitchen accesories.

There is no air conditioner in the room, it is very hot in the summer. Besides, there is some construction noise in the morning around 8 am.

Had a problem with the draining of the shower but was fixed the next day for some reason there was no batteries in the appliances e.g. remote which I found odd but not sure if that's normal and found left over clothes in the washing machine and cooker/microwave hadn't been cleaned but it did not effect my stay at the property these are just things I noticed.

The apartment itself was really nice well looked after and good value for money the bed was so comfortable I slept really well the whole time I was there.

The elevator is available from the first floor so if you have heavy luggage that could be a challenge. Also the bathroom doens't have a door or curtain but if you are a small family, you could manage for a couple of days.

It was perfectly located in a peaceful neighborhood not too far from Amsterdam central. You can take bus #38 to ferry station and then a free ferry to Amsterdam central. Both rides combined take only 15-20 mins. Bus frequency is good and the stop is close to the apartment, The ferry runs every 3 mins and is free . The apartment was super clean and had all necessary amenities. The sofa bed in the living room is a little small for two adults but can accommodate an adult and a child easily.
