Parkingplace was too small. daily "fight" about the best place

Economic Motel for a quick stay or work schedule. Has just one room and is outdated. Could use an upgrade to some newer style.

The hygiene was bad in the room. One of the days they forgot towels after changing. Bring earplugs because it's at a main road so you can't leave the window open. Sadly no air-conditioning so it's hot in the room. Place in general needs to be renovated. Photos on booking looked way better.

It was on a walkable distance from the nearest Metro station and Rotterdam Alexander. Breakfast was okay.

There were cobwebs in the bathroom. The wardrobe and hangers were rubbish. The furniture was old. It is fine for a single night stay.

You can only get so much service or comfort at this price. The balcony was enough for smoking. Otherwise you have to go downstairs.

This was brobably very nice 10 years ago but it needs tlc the inside things ar old an much used.. and it was not well cleand, had some half emty bottles in the fridge and yeah it was worse than i expected 😵‍💫

i booked two rooms and when i arrived at the property, there’s still someone sleep in that room. i have to wait one hour until i can come inside. they not clean the room properly, only changed the bed sheets.

Needs renovation. For that amount of money, you expect a better hotel. Walls are badly isolated, so you can hear a lot of noise coming from the outside. For the same amount of money I have been to better hotels.

Disorganized - they first gave us a room which wasn't clean and the second was a single bedroomroom eventough we booked a double bedroom. The room has been cleaned only superficially - full of black mold and spiderweb's, room hasn't been cleaned the whole stay (3 nights) only towels were replaced (they replaced only two towels instead of four)

There are limits to the amount of electricity, the water limit, the bathtub faucet is blocked on purpose. when you get to the room, you are warned not to consume water, electricity, and even phones are prohibited during the evening, so no battery on the phone. The cleaners entered the room after half past one in the morning without knocking on the door. . a disaster!!

The cleaning standards, particularly the toilet. Pee stains under the toilet seat. Luckily had some cleaning tissues.

The location was spot on for my needs. The room was comfortable and everything functional. It had private parking. Staff was welcoming.

Things are generally start to look worn out both on the outside and the inside. Things were still clean, and everyting worked fine, but the whole thing starts to feel "retro".

Great value for money, it was quite close to the company we actually came to visit. This was not our first and not our last stay here I think :)

I reserved a room with two single bed. We were given a double bed. We requested a room with two single bed. We were given an appartment with two bedrooms, which is good but without enough pillow and blanket. Sinxe apartment was not used for a long time, it was dusty and hard to breath. Staying in Campanile was just a disappointment. Never again.😔😏😒

Was very hot in South facing rooms. Investment in AC would be welcome for summer.

Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Really good food in a simple restaurant. Convenient for Alexander station . Staff very nice and a laid back hotel stay.

Very basic and in need of an update - the room looked very tired and potentially mould on the bathroom ceiling. Found small hairs in and on our bed and our bed sheets had rips in them. Give the standard of facilities, the increased weekend rate didn’t warrant the price.

Bed was comfy, and location surprisingly quiet given it was next to a main road. Staff were helpful and accommodating.
