- We found lots of body hairs in our room on the floor, pillows and sheets. It felt as though it hadn’t been cleaned very well. - The bathroom/toilet was very small (not a problem) but the shower flooded the whole area and soaked our towels everyday. - Lift was out of use so we had to carry our 23kg cases up flights of stairs. - We also asked for our room to be cleaned during our stay. This resulted in getting some towels and toilet roll but no sheets were changed.

Great location with nice large windows to let light in. Staff all spoke fluent English which was very helpful.

Unfortunately when we went, the elevator was being replaced so that was a bummer. The whole hotel is super modern (you can see everything was newly remodeled) and the staff very friendly however my guess is not every guest is as respectful, so even though everything was new, the sink and toilet were both partially clogged.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were modern and nice.

The hotel lift was out or order and a lot of renovation around the building. Whilst this itself wasn’t too much of a problem, the constant slamming of heavy fire doors from 6am until 2am prevented any decent sleep. And the single bed was the narrowest I have ever seen. Both both conducive to a restful stay.

Location was key for me as I was going to nearby football game. They let me put my bike in the room - which made it all feel more secure. I knew it would be a “functional” hotel given the central location and relative to others, cheap price. Spar next door allowed me to purchase a breakFEAST

The window couldn't be opened or closed really. As the single rooms are all on the side of the main street, you'll hear a lot of noise until 2/3 am in the morning. If you can sleep at any place, for one night it's not a problem for a single person. Pay a deposit which you'll get back at the departure isn't a problem, should just be mentioned here so everybody knows.

A very kindly stuff who helped me by print a ticket for me and told me where I can find a ATM ( Cafe Kapadokya, just 3min walk to there ) . The hotel is just 10min walk from the central station, trams to go to the ahoy arena are 8min by walk away. You can click in your room if you don't want to get disturb and can click when you leave so the Housekeeping can clean the room. Modern and good way in my opinion

apart comfy bed no added value at the lower price point of booking.com but still unreasonable price (don't forget we are in Netherlands here..) April night was super cold in my opinion - huge old windows with zero insulation really small room really small TV more like a small monitor placed to the right of your bed was unable to find a comfortable spot just to hang out e.g. sit comfortably constant noise from a small air vent in the ceiling - was unable to shut it off

We booked a room with no windows. It was probably a storage room, which was adapted to one more guest room. There were two ventilators as a replacement for missing windows. The room was quite small in comparisson to the bathroom.

The bed was decent and comfortable. The stuff was helpful but not so friendly. If you want to have a night out, the location can't be better.

The 50 euros deposit in cash, asked at check-in seemingly to prevent people from smoking in the rooms, can be hassle. I don’t smoke but it was required regardless. Closest (working) ATM was a solid 15 minutes walk away, which definitely wasn’t something I needed when check-in late in the evening. Oddly enough, the pot smell in the staircase leading to room floors was MASSIVE. Upon arrival in the room, some stagnating water was found in the shower, in addition to human hair on the toilet and on the bed. Also, the sink was massively clogged. Bed wasn’t comfortable. There were open holes on the wall below the TV. No hanger.

Good location. Not a lot of noise despite being on a street with many bars. Iron + iron board provided at check-in upon request, thanks!

It wasn't very clean. The sheets of the bed weren't clean. Bathroom floor was covered with mold. The door to the shower is a whole misconstruction itself. The bathroom is so narrow that there was almost no space to step in the shower. It was very noisy.

Since the weather was quite warm, and the rooms aren't air conditioned, my east facing room was hot. The windows only open a little bit at the very top. There's nothing the hotel can really do. It's just the way it's designed. People booking in the summer should give this a thought while booking.
