The bed wasn't too comfy, the mattress was a little thin, and meant that if you were sharing a double bed - you roll towards each other into the centre of the bed. The breakfast option is very expensive for what is on offer.

The location in the park is lovely, lots of bird song, and great ambiance in the brasserie at the weekend. It is convenient to get to the tram, to get into the city centre. We stayed here to go to parkrun at Zuiderpark - which is really easy to get to on foot from the hotel. The brasserie menu is good.

The room was modern however there was no door on the toilet or shower area. This could be quite uncomfortable for most people. Its a shame that breakfast was not included in the price of the room.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the surroundings are beautiful with wooded areas to walk in. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The sound insulation was not the best so sometimes you can hear other people in their rooms.

I was in a economy room. The room was modest but it was clean and comfortable, according to the price. Very calm location and convenient with the car. Well communicated with tram too.

The only thing I’d say is that our bathroom didn’t have a door which was a bit strange for a couple staying there.

I liked it was out of the way and enjoyed the facilities. Great location for us to go to Zuiderpark for parkrun which was the main purpose of our stay.

The staff not attentive certain things like the blinds were broken not fixed the safe didn’t work we had to ask again and again for coffee and tea sparce facilities in room only kettle we had to ask for cups no fridge The breakfast which we chose not to eat was very sparce

The bedroom was very noisy all night, we could hear like a big machine going round non stop, the bed didn’t have a headboard which meant you couldn’t both sit to watch the tv. The drawer in the bathroom was broken & the 3rd drawer down had wet in it where the sink has clearly been leaking for some time. So we couldn’t leave any toiletries in there.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location suited us very well

The rooms were empty, just a double bed in each of our two rooms. No water, no tea nor coffee to drink after we arrived at 11pm from UK. There was a small desk and shelves for clothes etc but I missed my evening cup of coffee.

Private bathroom with shower in our two rooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable, good night sleep by all. Coffee for sale in mornings and evenings up to 10pm approx, alcohol too. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment on food. The staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times. Free parking for car.

We were booked for a garden, courtyard view but looked outside to a smoking area and a parking lot, staff would not accommodate change/correction. Wardrobe was a bookshelf. 2 drawers in bathroom were broken. No update to road closure - with GPS could not find location entrance

There was a kettle in the room, but no tea/ coffee or cups to make a drink. When we arrived around 9pm, the bar and restaurant had closed, there was no food available which meant we had to order a takeaway

Breakfast was delicious and the outdoor eating area was really nice. The location was ideal for doing Zuiderpark Parkrun

The bathroom door did not close / open properly as it was stuck against the ceiling. The check in was not pleasant, we had to find someone to check us in from the bistro (we were wandering around with a few bags trying to figure out entrance).

Doors were quite noisy, we came down at 8am to check out and no one was present on the desk and we had to phone management. This delayed us slightly.

The floor of our room wasn’t clean and covered in hair by previous guests. Bathroom was overdue for a refurbishment, with dirty/moldy spots and broken bathroom furniture. If you want a room for one night’s sleep, stay here. If you want a nice holiday break, find another hotel.

Located in a nice green area. Easily accessible by car.
