Room service didn't come until around 4pm when we were back from our day having a break so we opted not to have it and topped up our own supplies. Not serious for 3 nights but could have been a problem for a longer stay. There are only a couple of restaurants nearby and only one was open on two of the nights we were there. You need to get a train to the city if you want variety.

The included breakfast was great. The train station is right next door and is very easy to use.

Need to improve security. Woke up in Middle of the night rushing down to exit because of false fire alarm. They someone pulled the alarm on parking lot. Should have camera there. Also need to have telephone on each room its standard for €200.00 plus room per day.

Great location, you can get fast to the city centre. The possibility of leaving baggage after check out in the hotel, so you don't have to worry about your stuff.

- No fridge in the room. - The AC is not working. However, they mentioned that it's working, but anyway they gave me a fan!

Double beds are very tiny, but they were kind enough to change our room to two single beds and push them together, which made it much more comfortable.

The Room not so. No drawers to store items, no safe, Three hangers to hang cloths, No phone to call front desk, No clock. No power adapters from 220v to 110V. Just a bed TV and bathroom.

This hotel was in the ideal location - a 5 minute train journey from the Central Station, yet in a clean and safe part of the city. The hotel was right next to the station. It was clean and spacious with a comfortable bar and breakfast area. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to sort out a complication with a booking we had made for an excursion. Next door is a great restaurant and well-stocked supermarket. I even found a nice run through the park close-by. This will be my hotel of choice for future trips to Amsterdam.

1. Location is great, next to Sloterdijk Station (just one stop to Central Station & interstate bus station (Flix, Blah Blah Car...) and there are shops/marts (SPAR) around. 2. Staffs are great and very helpful 3. Hotel and the staffs are generous with the facility. We need to keep breast milk frozen for our baby back home country and they are kind to store them in their big freezer. 4. They allow drop-off luggage before check-in and kept them later and pick them up way later at night to take my night bus.

The access to the hotel was not obvious, Tom Tom brought us to the back of the hotel where the Bus and Tram station is. There was no obvious access to the front of the hotel and the parking area. Never having driven in that part of Amsterdam it is quite confusing, we ended up driving along the cycle path to access the parking area.

There was a good selection for breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful. I liked the security system used within the lifts whereby people not staying at the hotel could not access the bedrooms. This made us feel secure and safe. The fact that there is a transport hub within a very easy walk made the location of the hotel excellent.

The beds were not so comfortable. The housekeeping was not up to the standards we have come to expect from IHG as a brand.

Location was next door to the train, tram and metro stations making it very easy to commute across Amsterdam with quick connections. The breakfast had several options and quite a decent spread. The SPAR supermarket next door was an added bonus.

reception is on the first floor, need to take the lift. There are 3 lifts but it is a bit slow during peak time. the location is kind of remote. Not many things around, but the centraal is just one station away can get to the city centre in a couple of minutes.

Good location! 3 min walk to the Sloterdijk Station, one station away from the central station. quiet place for a good rest after a busy day. There is a convenient shop downstairs that is open till late at night. easy check-in and check-out took one minute. Breakfast is simple and nice.
