The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The pair of us found ourselves having very restless sleeps each night due to the lack of comfort provided by the mattress. Further the duvet covers were highly unusual and super irritating to put up with. It was like somebody had got a saw and cut down the middle of a larger double duvet and then thought people would like the split in the covers which you’d find would constantly leave a gap in your sleep. Pillows were great though.

Perfect location very close to the city centre surrounded by plenty of places for food of all cultures. Tram route close by allowing for easy travel around but can alternatively walk for 10 minutes into the city centre with plenty to do.

The location was awesome! The receptionist saw us walk in soaked from the rain so she immediately offered to lend us an umbrella until we check out! Rooms are small but the view is wonderful and worth it.

Just the bed configuration. We requested for double bed, but we're provided with 2 single beds. But this was just a minor one.

The location is perfect - as it is close to everything. Everything is just walking distance. The size of the room was pretty decent. I really like the free coffee and fruits. Staff were very corteous.

The location was spot on. The staff were super helpful. We had single rooms, which were very clean, and basic - no tea and coffee making facilities, but these were available free of charge in reception. The single room was tiny - but to be fair it did us for what we needed - a comfortable bed, and a good shower. I would go back.

The bed will need changing quite soon. It had a hole in the middle, but I slept fairly ok. I had a room in the basement, you can hear people walking upstairs but nothing at all after bed time.

Very clean, great location. Check in and out quite simple. Nice coffee in the morning and an apple, very nice touch. Great value for money

Bathroom facilities could use some updating. Shower heads and faucets were old and rusty. Updated cleaner one would help really bring the facilities to the next level.

Comfortable stay with a beautiful overview of the Prinsengracht in a very accessible and great location. Friendly staff and free coffee and drinks in lobby were a plus!

Wish there was some type of locking mechanism on the rollers for the two twin beds. Without a larger sheet or anything holding them together they separated and pushed apart very easily. Also the bathroom had a a very pungent smell that made it quite unenjoyable to use. Bathroom faucets were quite old and moldy and could use replacing better cleaning.

Great location, quiet but convient area with very nice staff. Free coffee and drinks in the lobby were a very nice plus. Comfortable private en suite room was a good value for location!

I didn’t like that you could hear absolutely everything. I was unlucky and had someone above me that was stomping so loud at late hours.

I love that everything was convenient and centrally located. The area was safe to walk in even as a solo female traveler at night.

Small rooms (but that’s very common in Amsterdam) and not too clean at first, but the staff helped to fix it.

Vero good location, close to everything. Good price and decent rooms. Very nice staff, willing to help. Nice quiet lobby with free coffee, tea and fruit.

Try to think what could be improved - reception looked rather old fashioned, a bit bingo/casino like - coffee area was more appealing.

Near all the hots spots but peaceful canal also room insulation was good - good value for a budget hotel.

Very expensive ! Booked through bookings.com a couple of months ahead at an insane rate . Checked prices again on bookings.com whilst staying in the hotel and rates appeared to be dropped to almost a third of what we paid almost two months prior. Not happy at all with bookings.com

Central location, quiet street.

Only a small niggle - the main lighting in the room was very bright, no softer lighting available for late evening. A small low level lamp as an alternative to the main overhead lighting would have made the stay a little more comfortable.

Great location, staff very welcoming and helpful. Property clean and tidy.
